Welcome to the Chic Suite!
This property is located off of I-29 and I-90, it is dog friendly and sleeps 2 most comfortably but can accommodate up to 4 guests; 2 adults 1 child, and 1 infant at its maximum.
We are pleased to offer you a great place to stay in one of our 21 properties through our company, Sioux Falls Stays. We provide excellent hosting service and exceptionally clean stays.

Overview:
Welcome to your luxurious farmhouse chic retreat in the heart of northwest Sioux Falls! This fully furnished guest suite offers a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a combined living area and dining space, a kitchenette, and one full luxury bathroom, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style. Keep in mind that we do live in the main house. However, none of the walls connecting the suite connect to our home, and the yards are divided to ensure your peace and privacy.
You will enter the gate on the south side of the garage labeled "guest room." A short walk down the path leads to the door on the right-hand side. As you enter the unit, you will be greeted by the spacious all-in-one master suite. There is a wardrobe as soon as you enter for storing shoes and coats. Inside the suite, you'll find a king bed, a loveseat, dining space for two, and a fully stocked kitchenette with coffee provided. Pass through the master bedroom space to the spacious luxury bathroom, featuring a stand-up shower. We provide cosmetics and extra towels for your convenience. The yard is great for dogs and for guests to relax, with a table and chairs and a hammock chair. The yard is fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence surrounding it.
Capacity:
The property comfortably sleeps two adults with one king bed. However, we supply a twin airbed and linens for a third guest and offer a pack n' play for infants if needed. Please note, the space may feel a little small with more than two guests. To ensure your safety and our preparation, we require all overnight guests to be registered. An unregistered guest fee of $150 will apply. If your group size changes, just let us know.
Accessibility:
This unit is easily accessible with no steps to enter the unit and no steps inside. The only tricky part is ensuring you have two hands to open the gate when entering the walkway.
Parking:
We offer off-street parking on the left side of our driveway. We prefer only one vehicle, but two mid-sized vehicles can fit front to back on the left side of the driveway if needed. Please do not block the sidewalk. Any additional vehicles will need to utilize street parking directly in front of our main house only. Please do NOT park in front of our neighbors home.
Pets:
We allow up to two dogs to stay on the property. No other pets are permitted without prior consent. A pet fee of $40 applies. Unregistered pets will incur an $80 violation fee. Please register your pets appropriately. This helps us prepare our space and maintain cleanliness following a pets stay. We ask that you monitor your dog's behavior in the yard at all times, as this is a residential neighborhood with many dogs next door. We want to maintain peace in the neighborhood.
Garbage/Recycling:
Inside the unit you will find a trash bin and a recycling bin. Please only place clean, dry, and loose recycling items in the recycling bin. If you need to dispose of garbage or recycling during your stay, there are large bins in front of the garage to dispose of extra trash and recycling.
Heating/Cooling:
This property is heated and cooled with a mini-split ductless system. You can set the temperature as desired using a remote. For added comfort, there is a ceiling fan, gas fireplace, and a fan and heater in the bathroom. We also provide robes and slippers to keep you extra toasty on the tile floors in the winter.
Smoking/Illegal Activity:
To maintain a clean and safe environment, illegal activities are prohibited. Violations will be reported to local authorities and Vrbo. Smoking is allowed outside only (in the backyard or in front of the garage), with proper disposal of cigarette butts required. Indoor smoking of any kind will result in a $350 violation fee.
Stay Duration:
Bookings are available for 1-30 nights. For longer stays, please contact us to discuss details.

Want to check in early or checkout late? We have a $25 early check in fee per hour or a $25 late checkout fee per hour.
Building Structure:
Built in 2022, this addition has a strong and stable foundation. It is slab on grade, so you may feel some low pockets under the flooring where the concrete wasn't completely flat.
Bugs and Nuances:
You may occasionally encounter ants, spiders, fruit flies, or earwigs. We maintain cleanliness and regular pest control but cannot eliminate all pests. As the property is in a neighborhood setting, expect some noise from neighbors, their pets, and occasional planes and emergency vehicles.
