Agua Azul’s features include 2 fully appointed kitchens as well as 2 expansive dining rooms with ample seating for the whole family to gather and enjoy a hot meal together. Plus, family time is top of mind with 3 living areas and 3 gulf-front decks with a variety of seating options for every guest. What’s more, Agua Azul offers a beach-front pool with a child safety alarm system and a private boardwalk to the beach. Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee.

Upon entry to the main floor of Agua Azul, guests are greeted by bedrooms 13-15 and a laundry room to the left. To the right, guests will be met with an expansive open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room overlooking an oversized deck with a private beach-front pool. The virtual wall of windows illuminates the entire space with natural sunlight. The main floor also offers a powder room from the kitchen, a wet bar, and private access to the beach. Upstairs, you will find bedrooms 6-12, as well as a sunroom and a large deck. On the top floor, guests will be met by bedrooms 1-5, as well as the second laundry room and powder room. The top floor also offers another open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living area with floor-to-ceiling wrap-around windows overlooking a large deck and the sugar-sand beaches below. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Gulf Shores vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, an elevator with a landing on every floor, plus generous flat-screen TVs in each living area and every bedroom. The bunk rooms even have a TV for each bed. New in fall of 2025 each bedroom has room darkening shades.

Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning protocol, which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. Bedspreads and pillow shams depicted in the photographs are exchanged for white linens. Agua Azul is best booked directly through Kaiser Vacation Rentals. Agua Azul can accommodate up to 12 vehicles.
