After a day in the sun enjoying the pristine, private beach, take a refreshing dip in one of the three Gulf-front pools (including a heated pool), and then play a game of tennis, racquetball or shuffleboard.

The condo location was just perfect. It was decorated so cute and had everything we needed. Parking was not an issue at all and the walk to the condo was very close. We were allowed to check in early, although we didn't get to take advantage of that. We left a little late for our drive down. I would def stay there again!!!!

We loved every minute of our recent stay. The condo was very clean, it was very convenient to all of our favorite attractions and the view of the sunset was spectacular. I will definitely be back and recommend to all of my family and friends.

There were two 65 females who stayed.Used the king bd in bdrm & twin over dble combo in lvg rm alcove.Unit was reasonably clean but some sand on floor & kitchen counters. Rugs were filthy, need cleaning or replaced.BATHROOM LINENS WERE UNACCEPTABLE. For 2 people to stay FULL WEEK there were ONLY 4 Bath Towels, 4 Wash Cloths & 1 Hand Towel. Given this condo could presumably sleep 7 (king, dble/twin, queen sleeper sofa & trundle under the dble) the lack of bath linens was ridiculous. You are forced to use the very pricey on site laundromat. When we did use it someone took our towels out & used our time on dry cycle. Kitchen very tiny but ok for us as we dined out. Microwave not over stove & takes up a lot of the tiny counter. Ice maker in freezer was a plus. Never needed to buy ice. A pet peeve of mine…condo was way too cluttered with “knickknacks” covering every available counter/table surface! Have to move everything & declutter to have room to set your own stuff. Condo owners: Please leave surfaces clean so we have room for our toiletries, cups, food, etc!!! Cover walls if you must but leave us some clean surfaces. Overall, good condo, good location (next door to Pineapple Willie’s) and Nautical Mgt was excellent to deal with, but TAKE YOUR OWN TOWELS & WASH CLOTHS.

Wonderful Condo!!

This is one of the best places we’ve stayed in Panama City! The condo is absolutely adorable with all the decorations. We loved the added bunk beds for the smaller children. The condo was clean and being on the first floor was incredible. The ease of being steps away from the pool with small children was excellent. This company gave us easy simple instructions exactly a day before arrival and again at check out. I would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Excellent location. Just a couple suggestions for improvement... more towels provided for guests with longer stays. We only had one kitchen towel for a 6 night stay. The shower head needs replaced. No water pressure with the cues shower head.

Great location

Loved this property. Walk right out to the beach from the back door. 3 pools to choose from. Very clean room and plenty of space for you, even if you take kids. Theres bunk beds and sliding bed under. 2 couches. I definitely will book this room again in the future.

Nice stay in Panama City Beach!

Property was clean and we were happy with the rental unit. Beds were comfortable! Area felt safe and was quiet. Beautiful beach right out our door. The listing stated there was a hot tub, but was told no hot tub on property. There was a warm pool. Location was great! Close to food,fun, shopping. Hammerhead Fred’s food was great! Pineapple Willy’s right next door was nice also. Recommend this place. 😊

Great View

We appreciated being on the first floor and the amazing view from the living room. The bed was comfortable and there is good access to restaurants and activities. The ice maker was the best we'd ever seen; it really put the ice out! Thank you to Chris who made some visits and got the patio door fixed quickly. He goes above and beyond.

Anniversary Trip

The unit was very cozy and just like being home but in the tropics. The unit was very clean and interior decor was very nice. We loved the awesome 360 view of the gulf. It was so relaxing there that I had to pay for another night. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, everything that would be needed. The bath area was clean and loved the shower. The king size was comfortable. I can’t say enough about this unit. My husband and I will definitely be renting this unit again at Sunbird. Mimi & Jessiec

We love this unit!!!! It was perfect in every way!!!

The unit was very clean and had a fun themed decor throughout. It has a semi private outside area with chairs. Steps away from pool and beach access. Bunk bed area has a curtain you can close for more privacy. Beds were comfortable and unit was stocked with the essentials needed. Check in and check out was a breeze. Communications with the rental company, we had quick responses. When we come back to PCB we definitely want to stay in this unit! We loved our stay so much! Thank you!

Great time

We weren't crazy about all of the construction going on, but we knew it ahead of time. And for some reason we had a million gnats/flies in our condo. We had to go buy vinegar and dawn to try to kill some of them. Other than that we enjoyed our trip. We liked being on the bottom floor and not having to use the elevator.
