Located just steps to the heated pool and Pineapple Willy's! This condo has the best view and patio in the complex and you get Free Adult tickets to local attractions including Free Golf.

This quaint 4-sleeper beachfront getaway boasts a beautiful vantage point of the gorgeous beaches and gulf as your backdrop for a comfortable vacation getaway. The condo (Sunbird unit 110 west) is just steps from the heated pool and is the closest condo in the West tower to the beach ramp just a few steps away. The main bedroom features a queen bed and is connected to the units updated bathroom. A sleeper sofa is also present in the common area with all the kitchen amenities needed during your stay. Sunbird Beach Resorts features three gulf-front pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and many other amenities. Must be 25 to register and pay for parking at this complex.

The Sunbird is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Pineapple Willy's, Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.

St. Andrews State Park is 5 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 10 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Home away from home!

The property was very clean and had every thing we needed for our stay! The location was excellent and we slept really good, like being at home! The beach at PCB is our happy place! Hope we can return soon!

Peace and Relaxation

Such a beautiful view and great convenience being on ground floor. No elevator waiting. Walk to Pineapple Willie's in less than 5 minutes and enjoy the music, great food and drinks. I'll definitely recommend to friends and family and stay again.

Had a relaxing stay

The property was very clean. I could tell that there was fresh sheets on the bed. All the dishes were clean, no smudges or half clean utensils. The shower looked as though it had never been used. Same with the oven and refrigerator. My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay. We were close to restaurants and activities. It was a very quiet rental as well which is something that other places lack/don't enforce. The check in/out process was easy and stress free. We look forward to staying in the future!

Contacted representative for owner upon check in to advise of issues. Specifically as we arrived and entered code… the door would lock back as soon as it was unlocked. After we did gain entry the lights would not come on… both lamps were unplugged and the patio door was unlocked and slightly ajar.. When we looked out a group of people were exiting the patio area. Got the impression that when we were heard out front…the party was clearing out the back as someone kept relooking the door. There was a lot of construction debris on patio including a exterior crane cart. Opened refrigerator to see Leftovers. These included leftover pizza, half gallon of milk and creamer. Ceiling fan was inoperable. Representative said the area behind unit us a common area but we were not allowed to use it. Representative could only repeatedly emit with hostilely that he did not feel that listing was misrepresented. Representative unapologetically stated that he contacted maid who admitted to leaving items in fridge and defended this by saying she made a mistake. Representative said they would not refund money and insisted neither would VRBO. Honestly considered to just leave right then and work it out by legal means at a later date. But it was late and we’d had a long drive. Thankfully we only had this booked for 3 noisy days and nights. I have booked other stays at the Sunbird. Never had this level of incompetence and total lack of consideration.

Wonderful

Had a bit of a misunderstanding when I booked as unit was significantly impacted by ongoing building maintenance. They recognized this immediately, called me and moved me to a unit not impacted by the construction for the same rate. The unit was clean and afforded a fabulous view of the beach and gulf. I left my Pineapple Willies mug, take it with you when you visit next door to save $5 on their signature drinks to go.

Amazing

We loved this little condo. We spent two wonderful days there and then the exterior painting started which shut down the pool that was right outside the door and also our patio. I notified the property managers and they immediately relocated us to an even better condo down the road. Cort and Chase at RentMyBeachHouse.com were amazing and we will certainly be utilizing them again!!

Nice Condo!

Condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you need (except toilet paper). Great location and steps from the beach. I was very impressed with the actual condo but not impressed with the outside of the building. Dumpsters full of smelly trash, trash bags on the ground and a lot of construction with tools and equipment laying everywhere. Had to pay $20 for parking and $5 for a wristband for each person. Was over charged for wristbands, the atm did not dispense the correct amount ( only take cash) and the office staff was so rude. I loved the condo but would not return due to the office staff and dumpsters of trash right outside the room

Perfect Location

You know how everyone says their condo is perfect location? Well this is really is!!! Literally a few feet from the pool and the sand. It’s clean and the kitchen is the best stocked I’ve ever seen. It’s not for a large family but perfect for a couple’s trip or even a couple with a small child or two. Check in was a breeze. We had zero problems during our stay…well except for double red flags and that’s no one’s fault. We still had a very relaxing time and will always try to book this one when my husband and I come alone.

The Sunbird is under a huge repair project.The large pool and center of the property is completely blocked from use.The parking lot only allows one vehicle per condo so be prepared to pay for parking off-site and shuttle luggage.VRBO needs to let people know this.The Condo is a small unit that is close to the kiddie pool and beach.
