Seasonal note: In the fall — usually starting in early October — the lawn goes through its overseeding transition for winter grass. During this time you may notice some dormant/brown patches and the sprinklers cycling on and off throughout the day. It's intentional, and it's how we keep the grass as healthy and green as possible in the Arizona climate.

Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for farther travel.



Other Things to Note:

This home is on a narrow, shared driveway off of Exeter Blvd. Large vehicles like party buses, box trucks, and large passenger vans are not permitted to use. All drop off must take place on Exeter Blvd.
