Cozy Hollywood condo 5 minutes to Hollywood/Highland
This condo has everything you need and is available for a minimum stay of 30 days and could be your home away from home while you explore Los Angeles. Enjoy a holiday experience and have privacy instead of a hotel room. Guests can walk to the world famous Hollywood & Highland Plaza in 10 minutes. ideal for couples with small child, honeymooner, or someone who can work from home and yet also wants to enjoy Hollywood, Los Angeles. It is conveniently close to all kinds of entertainments.
This is a one bedroom and one bathroom condo (600 sqft) on the top floor facing south with bright and sunny light. It has the view over the neighbors rooftop with privacy and a view of green trees and city view. This is a quiet and comfortable home and it is not big but it has everything a guest needs home away home.
I have remodeled and furnished the entire home with care since i was going to downsize and move in as my primary home. Nevertheless that plan is currently undecided.
1) HVAC system: The entire home has smart quiet comfort of 2 Daikin high-efficiency HVAC Split system.
2) The home has a spacious and comfortable living room with new furnitures from Pottery Barn.
3) The bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress. The new comforter is from Restoration Hardware furniture store. Some beddings are from the Marriott Hotel collection. The are a lot of closet spaces.
4) The bathroom is small but it has both new bathtub and shower and a good working toilet. The fan in the bathroom is super quiet.
5) The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for daily cooking.
The unit home is on the second floor. Access are 2 elevators and stairways. The building has security doors and can only be opened with a common area key.
Other things to note:
This is a small condominium complex. My neighbors are private and quiet. Please respect my neighbors downstairs. Please no loud noises and loud talking after 10pm. Please note this is not for party events. Thank you so much.
0.4 miles walk to TCL Chinese and Dolby theatre.
1 block from IHOP, In-N-out Burger, 7 Eleven.
2 blocks from Starbucks, Thai and Japanese food.
5 minutes walk to Ralph's and 10 minutes walk to Target.
Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Farmer's market within 10 minutes drive.
