Located in a charming, residential section of Beverly Hills, guests are across the street from the famous Four Seasons Hotel (where the annual oscars screening party is held) and three blocks from the famous Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood, home to the iconic Troubadour and main thoroughfare lined with restaurants, cafes and shops. Bristol Farms and Ralphs grocery stores are 2 blocks away and all the boutique shopping on Robertson Blvd is a 7 min walk

Awesome Location and Great Property

This property is perfect for a couples getaway or if your doing a small group trip. The private covered parking is a huge plus and there plenty of room in the space itself. The location is perfect to walk to bars and restaurants in the area, and your only a short 20 minute drive from the beach or DTLA. Leo is super helpful and helped me with anything I needed. Will definitely be staying again!

Nowhere close to luxury

Be sure to read the fine print. The listing is very confusing. It says there is one bedroom and two beds. But it is also listed as a studio so there is no bedroom and one bed. There is a sofa but it does not fold out into a bed. When I contacted the host, he said there is a blow up mattress in the wardrobe. Not a bed. But perhaps even worse, there were several things in need of repair. The shower door was very difficult to open and close. There was a plastic garbage bag under the bathroom sink to catch leaking water. There were hardly any dishes, two hangers for clothes and stains on furniture. Lots of empty garbage bags strewn in cabinets. The host halfheartedly responded about the missing supplies. We felt misled about the accommodations but neither the host nor VRBO would listen. We found another place to stay and were just stuck paying for this place. STAY AWAY.

Awesome property

This is an excellent property and fully exceeded our expectations. The location is is perfect for Westside visit. The parking was easily accessible and very close to the unit. There are no stairs to negotiate, it's a quick walk to the heart of Beverley Hills. The check in and out was very easy. It was clean and had all the amenities that you would have at home. Great location!

This was a great property to stay at! The studio is very spacious and easily fit our group of 4. The best part is the location of the property. We easily walked to bars and restaurants in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Short drives to all other areas of LA. Another perk was the free parking that comes with the property. Additionally the host was very accommodating and easy to reach. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Great place in the heart of Beverly hills

Location was great. Easy to get around by car to all the popular places for food and drinks. Easy access to the freeway as well. The place was clean and had everything I needed. Leo was easy to get a hold of and quick to help with anything I needed!
