Comfortable Stay Near Disney

We had a wonderful stay at Belle’s Villa. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The Disney-themed touches were fun without being overwhelming, and the location was perfect for visiting the parks. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout. Immaculately Clean and Wonderfully Themed

Our stay was amazing from the moment we arrived. The home was extremely clean and so well maintained; honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. Every Disney touch was perfectly themed and added so much magic to our trip. The double stroller was a huge bonus — it was perfect for the parks and saved us from having to rent one. The host was excellent—responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home, would definitely stay there again!

This home is very clean & well maintained. It has plenty of cutlery, dishes, pots & pans. They also supply plenty of towels. Close to a large Walmart and close to Disney parks. The pool alarm was easy to navigate. The pool was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & felt right at home. It’s a gated resort, everyone we interacted with was very friendly. We felt very safe. We would definitely stay at this home again.

The perfect stay

I put out a search for a villa. And had so many inbox and msg me and push me to stay at their villas. Bella was different. Just posted this is our home. And I instantly fell in love . It all looked a dream. And Sarah was there for us with every step. Request and even the count down to our stay. When you walked through the doors of a safe gated community you just felt at home. Staying in hotels for me ment bedtime was for everyone and so many restrictions on pool times and food times. I didn’t want that. Everything you would need is there. A fully stocked and so clean kitchen. Coffee and tea was stocked. And my bed was a giant pillow that melted around you. From someone who struggles I slept so soundly. The place is so quiet. After the parks it was pure bliss to soak in the pool. Helped our aches and pains and the club house. Full of fun. Pizza games room and a super swimming pool. Somewhere to hang all your clothes with hangers provided. Made it all comfortable. And a super washer and dryer . The decor was modern and the characters painted on the walls. Made our hearts melt. Our holiday was full of joy from the moment we stepped in too our last day. I couldn’t recommend this home more So so close to the parks. And food places and good restaurants. Makes a huge difference to your holiday. Would I stay again ? I’m planning too. Xx

Perfect!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the owner. The house is so well kept ,beautiful new flooring, kitchen with everything you need and well stocked. Brand new furniture with comfortable beds. Sarah responds within minutes and always made sure our stay was comfortable. I'll definitely be back to stay only here.

Magical

A big thank you to Sarah, Belles Villa is so welcoming, with the full Disney magic feel. Our 6 year old wanted to go where the magic is and Belles Villa definitely lived up to this. It was a wonderful place to have relaxing days away from Disney parks (that are only 10 mins away). Everything you could possibly need in the villa to make it the most comfortable stay, the waffle machine was also a big hit! Would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Belles Villa and have already shared with friends and work colleagues.

Clean and comfortable Belle's Villa in a great location

From the moment of first enquiry we had confidence in booking with Belle's Villa - Sarah's responses always prompt, friendly and informative. The Villa is so clean and comfortable - the spacious bedrooms, great kitchen area with breakfast bar, large dining time, huge TV screen, comfortable sofas and a private splash pool. We were only a few minutes walk to the shared pool/entertainment facilities and the tennis courts we used. The drives to Walmart and all the Disney parks were quick and easy, even Universal parks and the shopping malls with a little more driving time. Belle's Villa - reach out to Sarah and there'll be your ideal holiday stay waiting for you.

Sarah Takes "Be Our Guest" to a New Level!

The stay was for my 7 year old grandson's first time to Disney! He was so excited to see all the decorations around the home! Granny and Papa (that would be us lol) loved the separate bathrooms and bedroom for some privacy. The pool was as I hoped for. At first it may appear small, but we all fit wonderfully. We were all able to play with ample room at one time too! (4 adults, a 15 year old and a 7 year old.) It was an easy way to and from the parks, so a break for the kiddos to swim and eat and then go back was great on the pocketbook! I loved the communication between Sarah and myself. We had grocery and Walgreens delivered and was a piece of cake. From the security guards to the food service at the poolside, everyone was kind and polite! I am sooooo glad we stumbled upon this property! Don't let all the people give away some of the surprises from their comments below... all I'm gonna say is check the closets!! You had better believe we will be staying here again! Thank you Sarah!!

3rd stay at Belle’s Villa

This is our 3rd stay at Belle’s Villa, we couldn’t recommend enough how fabulous our stay was and how helpful the hosts are and welcoming to us. We couldn’t fault the villa, it’s absolutely perfect in every way with little extras thrown in, that you don’t get in other villas. The villa is also in a perfect location to the Disney parks, being so close. We will be coming back next year again, it’s a home from home.

Second time staying here!

This was our second time staying here as we loved it so much the first time. The kids love all the themed rooms. Sarah is a great host that has thought of every detail and quick to respond if you should have any questions. Nice, clean home. We love Windsor Hills for all its amenities and so close to the Disney parks to be able to take breaks during the day.

Incredible!!

We had an incredible stay at Belle’s Villa!!! The home was clean, very well stocked, and the theming made my kids (and us adults) go wild! The pool, splash pad, and market grill is such a wonderful addition on our off days from Disney. The host was very responsive and lovely to communicate with. We are definitely sad to be leaving and cannot wait to come back to stay at Belle’s Villa!!

Amazing!

My family of four children ages (7&5) stayed here April 2025! It was amazing! Spotless, spacious, modern, all the necessities, toilet paper, paper towel, sugar, tea, coffee, spices, pool towels, laundry detergent, etc. EVERYTHING! The owner responds so quickly! Within minutes. Comfy beds, comfy pillows. Bath tubs & showers are very modern. The TV’s are amazing! Location to the community pool was a 2-3 minute walk (w. Children).

My family and I stayed at Belle’s Villa for the second year in a row in April. Once again we found the property to be very well maintained. Easy check-in and super responsive host. The Best Stay for our 1st trip to Disney

When planning my first trip to Florida and 1st trip to Disney for my kids, I knew I didn't want to stay on Disney property. I wanted my own space, but I really wanted to give my kids that Disney magic experience. To say that Belles Villa did that, is an understatement. It was absolutely perfect! I searched so many different communities and areas to find something safe, clean, affordable, having a variety of amenities and some type of Disney theme. Belle's Villa checked all of those boxes and so much more. The place is spotless, the Disney themed rooms and artwork were so adorable and the tiny details were so perfect. My kids adored their rooms. They thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. The waffle maker was something my kids still talk about. We all had mickey waffles in the morning and drank out of disney themed mugs! Having our own heated pool was such a bonus, especially at night after long days and the community pool was my kids all time favorite. However the one thing I haven't mentioned yet that made this place so worth it was the host. Sarah is the most thoughtful and kind host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She took the time to answer all my questions not even just related to her home but our trip. She gave me tips that were so helpful for our trip to disney. Helped me with understanding how to make the most of our Disney day with rides, times, what to bring etc. She also gave great suggestions on other places to visit which we did as well. She genuinely cares about her guests having the best experience. You can see from her reviews that I am not the only one who feels this way. I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to create such wonderful memories at Belle's Villa and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay and create that Disney magic. Thank you to Sarah for such a wonderful time and for opening your home and time to my family! We hope to return again. Coming home was hard my children still talk about Windsor Resort and Belle's Villa.

5-star accommodation and owner!

Everything you want and need for a wonderful Disney family vacation. Location is 15 minutes to the parks (off peak). Sarah (owner) is communicative, thoughtful and organized. The villa was clean, well appointed with quality appliances and decor (Disney themed of course); everything we needed for adults and kids. The backyard pool is sparkling and equipped with excellent safety precautions. Since we were focused on Disney we didn't get a chance to enjoy the great community amenities but the activities looked excellent. The entire process from start to finish was excellent.

A Perfect Disney Getaway!

Belle's Villa is truly magical! The home was spotless, and you can tell that so much care and attention to detail have gone into every part of it. Perfect!!!!!

I literally have nothing negative to say about our stay. It was perfect in every way. The house was beautiful, perfect for our family, the little touches were so special, the beds were super comfy, the location couldn’t be better, the communication with Sarah was always brilliant. Better Than Any Onsite Hotel!

Our stay at Belle's Villa was absolutely amazing! The Disney theming and murals throughout the villa were incredible. We usually stay onsite, but we loved this more! It really made the experience magical, especially with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The Mickey and Minnie waffle maker was a delightful touch that the kids loved. The private pool was fantastic, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the parks. The proximity to Disney was unbeatable, making it so easy to get to and from the parks. Sarah was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The clubhouse amenities were excellent as well. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Magical Stay

Belle's Villa near Disney was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, just a quick drive to the parks, yet peaceful and relaxing. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved the Disney-themed murals and the pool – it made the experience even more magical for them. It truly felt like a home away from home. Fantastic stay at Belle's Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Belle's Villa during our Disney vacation. The townhouse and clubhouse amenities were great, especially the pools. The location has close proximity to Disney parks and basically anything we needed. The place was clean and comfortable. The décor helped make Us feel like we were staying in a Disney resort even though we were not. The host was an excellent communicator and quickly responded to our questions are inquiries.

Fantastic holiday villa

This is my 2nd year staying at Belle’s villa, the villa is in a fantastic location with only the Disney parks a 5/10 min drive away. The villa itself is spotless, very modern, lots of added touches you don’t get in other villas. The pool is fab and private with fantastic sunsets. Sarah the host is so lovely, nothing is a problem and is always on hand with the bookings or any queries that you might have. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Belle’s villa, you will not be disappointed, we will be booking again for next year again.
