Featured- 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Private Pool! Windsor Hills

3 Bedroom home, each bedroom has its own connecting bath.
Roku 4K SmartTV, Xbox One & PS4 in every room! Login to your own personal accounts on Amazon, Netflix etc.

Kids books, DVD's and games are provided. Fully equipped kitchen. All-new linens and bedding. The home features it’s own screened-in lanai with a heated splash pool. This townhome is extra clean!

We also have our fully upgraded home, The Sunshine Paradise at Windsor Hills Resort. Property # 4793332

We don’t allow pets or smoking. No Visitors are allowed. Your reservation must reflect the actual number of people staying and coming into the home. We do not offer early arrival or late departure. For you safety and ours, there are exterior sound security cameras around the resort and at the home.

After placing your reservation, you will be sent a contact form via a link. You must compete the link within 48 hours. You will be required to submit the names and ages of everyone staying at the home. A valid government issued drivers license from the person placing the reservation will need to be uploaded on the contract link. Vehicle information will need to be provided on the form link. A security deposit hold is required and will be released within 14 days after departure. If the agreement form is not completed correctly within 48 hours after you make the reservation, the reservation may be canceled. If the reservation is canceled because the agreement form is not completed correctly, or if the house rules are not followed prior or during the reservation, No refund will be issued. If the person who places the reservation is different than the person who pays for the reservation, the credit card holder must be a part of the reservation and stay throughout the entire reservation timeframe.

Rates are only guaranteed when payment is made in full and no alterations are made. Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the home. They collect and send video, sound and images. They are used during the remote arrival and departure. There is potential for projects that could take place within the community or the surrounding area. This could be, but not limited to, landscaping, pool maintenance, home remodels, road construction or other project types not listed. If our home is directly going to be undergoing any type of project, we will update our guests.

Florida D2 Summit vacation

We stayed here for D2 Summit. Very good location! Less then 15 minutes from everywhere we needed to be! Very clean and great size. We loved staying here and will definitely stay again!

Great Family Getaway

Our place was wonderful. Great location.

Our place was great.It was clean, comfortable,had many amenities. We enjoyed the private outdoor pool as well as the community pool.The water park at the community pool was a big hit with the kids.

Great vacation spot!

It was a great stay overall. A short walk to the water park in the community. The town home was clean and well maintained. Our teenage boys loved the X-Box and Playstation. It was close to the theme parks also.

Excellent place to stay!

My family and I stayed here for the week and enjoyed our stay. It is very clean, had everything we needed, great location and loved relaxing for the evening in the pool. The resort pool was also nice. There is a Walmart just down the road that we bought some food and cooked some there at the rental property. Would definitely stay here again. 😊

The owners are really amazing women! I love supporting women owned businesses. The home was perfectly situated in the neighborhood to walk the the clubhouse and pool. And very short drive to Disney! I would stay in Windsor Hills again!

Super cute place…convenient location!

We were in town for a baseball tournament nearby and got to include a couple of Disney days as well. The property is very conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The property also has a lot of great amenities and the home was just as described. We enjoyed the small pool on the back patio. The hosts are very kind and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience and so close to Disney!

Everything was wonderful, the home is just as pictured, and very clean. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. Very convenient location. Short drive to Disney parks. Felt very safe. Staff at gates were extremely friendly. Over all wonderful experience.

Great family rental

This property was great for our family, the community pool was so warm which was great when we visited the weather was in the mid 60's. My kids swam in the small pool in the back of the home and they loved that too. The house was spacious enough for all of us the provided pack and play and highchair were also great. This is close to all the disney parks which is so nice after walking all day not to have to drive far.

Great for family Disney trip!

Rental was exactly as described so no surprises which is always great. Very clean and the kids loved the Xbox’s. Great alternative to staying in a hotel, we chose not to rent a car and Uber to the parks. Location is great and all parks with 10-15 minutes. Owners were very responsive for questions before we arrived and the community amenities were great.

My family had a wonderful time at windsor hills!! Condo is a great location to the water park and short distance to restaurants and target! Hostess where so great answering all my questions before the trip. I never needed to call them while on vacation!! Thanks again ladies, we will return!!

Perfect location and Resort property

Super convenient to all things Disney. Property is larger than the listing appears. Everyone had there own space and bathroom. Would look to book again. Private pool was a great treat after a day at the park. Nice and warm on the cooler nights we had. Resort was very nice. Would have planned more off days to enjoy that more.

Awesome spring break!

Property was very clean & included everything we needed. The check in process was very simple & the instructions for the rental were very clear & organized. We had a fantastic time. Our kids really enjoyed the small pool on the property as well as the gaming systems. We also enjoyed the resort amenities & the property was a short walk to the community clubhouse. Convenient location, quiet and clean!

Home was as listed and shown. We really enjoyed the 2 floors, as it offered the space needed for our family. Conveniently located near Walmart and every restaurant imaginable. Home is only a short walk to clubhouse pool. Clean, nicely decorated, plenty of extras such as pillows, blankets, and the gaming stations in all rooms! If we ever come back to Universal we would definitely chose this home again!
