Very cute house with an awesome backyard!! Wish we actually had more time on the trip to just relax at the house. Only negative was the hottub was not hot and was a bit old (rusted hardware). More directions for using the technology and backyard lights would also be helpful, but otherwise we would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.

The house was cozy…everything was clean and neat. This renter was very good about answering any questions and fulfilling our needs. Especially nice was there were some basic staples in the house..coffee, creamer, sweetener and sugar and some spices. Many of the places we’ve stayed do not provide these things. Check in and check out sere streamlined and easy. I would recommend staying at this home which is central to shopping, groceries, restaurants and the University of Miami( about a 15-20 minute drive)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO property. Prior to arrival I was provided comprehensive detailed instructions on needs to know kind of things. Location: The property is ideally situated right off Flagler and provides easy access to local restaurants. We enjoyed morning walks around the block and found that the neighbors were friendly. Cleanliness: The home was immaculate upon our arrival. It was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Every room was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident. For instance there was an oscillating fan for us in each room, plugs were easily accessible. Amenities: The amenities provided were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in the evenings.Communication: The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and were available to answer any questions we had during our stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home.Overall Experience: Our stay was great. This property is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful retreat. Thank you again!

The house was beautiful and the backyard was incredible! The owner was so nice and answered all additional questions I had. She even left a bottle of wine for us as we were celebrating a wedding! It was so thoughtful and above and beyond!

The place was clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Location is great. Close to the airport too. Good communication with the host. We appreciate the welcoming bottle of wine and little details around the house that made the stay comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Perfect and Excellent

This house was the perfect accommodation for me and my family. Anything and everything was made available from the host. Yayne is definitely a super host, she provided us with a very detailed list of where everything was located in the house in a message prior to our arrival. Check in and arrival were perfect. The house is located in a great area of Miamicentrally located and safe. I will definitely be staying here again and I will be recommending her house for others.

La Casita is quaint, well situated, and nicely kept. Property manager is readily available and very friendly. Stayed for 3.5 weeks. REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY!!

Cute little home

This was a couples trip and we had a blast. Quiet neighborhood, not to far from alot of places. Host was amazing and really easy to get a hold of. We would definitely rent again. The home was great!!

Lovely location, easy communication with owner

Lovely property, just as described, everything was fresh and clean! We arrived a day before our cruise departed Miami and were able to relax and chill on the lovely patio out back. Yaynelis helped with a couple of minor questions, responded quickly, and provided all the info we needed. Don't miss out on this terrific location!

Lovely home

Such a beautiful place! One of the best we've ever stayed at. Perfect for our family of four. It was comfortable, peaceful and private. Our two boys (12 and 5) especially loved the backyard and front porch areas. This home was well equipped with everything we needed. Yayne was an excellent host - quick to respond to any questions we had. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in Miami.

Beautiful home easy access to airport

Yayne's home is spotless and perfectly set for a comfortable stay. The location is easily accessible to/from the airport. Our inbound flight arrived into MIA late evening and our outbound flight left MIA early in the morning. This location made it easy for us on travel days, as well as for us getting to/from the family wedding festivities in/around Coral Gables over the weekend. The beds were very comfortable. Yayne is a highly responsive and accommodating host and made the check in/out process very easy. Overall, a great experience. Thanks Yayne.
