**NO CLEANING AT CHECKOUT! Family and dog friendly! Centrally located to everything St Louis has to offer! Located on a safe and quiet, family and pet friendly street which ends in a cul-de-sac. Stay for the day, a week, or a month or more.

Quick access to highways 64/40 & 44.

5-10 minutes away: Forest Park, Zoo, Wash U, SLU, The Hill, major hospitals, FOX Theatre, Central West End, Delmar Loop, Science Center, Clayton business Dist, Chaifetz Arena, Missouri Botanical Garden.

Less than 15 minutes away: Downtown St. Louis, The Arch, Union Station, casinos, Aquarium, Cardinals/Blues/Battlehawks/STL City SC games.

Airport 15-20 minutes from property.

On site free parking. We share a wide driveway with the next door neighbor. Please park on the side of the driveway closest to our home. 2 cars can fit on our side of the driveway. Street parking is also available.

* Dog friendly, large fenced in yard. DOGS MUST BE HOUSE BROKEN AND NONDESTRUCTIVE. No cats please.
* Laundry and play area in the basement.

Great girls weekend trip!

We had such a wonderful girls trip to St. Louis. The property was a great central location for us. The house was just perfect for us. Lisa is an amazing host and we would love to stay here again in a future trip!

The residence surpassed our expectations. It was an ideal home for our family of seven. The neighborhood was lovely, just blocks from the zoo. Communication with the homeowner was excellent. We eagerly anticipate booking again and thank you, Lisa.

Great Stay!

I loved this property for my first time in St. Louis! The location was central to many of the places we visited, the check in/check out process was easy, and the host was great with communicating with me from the time I booked the house to the time I checked out! The host also offered many great suggestions for things to do/places to eat/etc!

Quiet & Convenient

We just wrapped up a wonderful stay at this VRBO, and it truly delivered on comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. The space was inviting and family-friendly, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy beds, everything was exactly as described—if not better.The location was ideal—close to local attractions but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering clear instructions and great recommendations. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.

Fantastic stay!

This home was super clean and comfortable! Had everything we needed and more! Great fenced in yard and the location was great! Lisa was so wonderful and provided tons of information on places to see and restaurants to try. I would stay here in a heartbeat again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!

2 Night Stay to Visit Family

This property is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and activities. It was very clean and matched the listing details. There were no issues with any items. The street and neighborhood were quiet and felt safe as well. The host communicated extremely well and went above and beyond to ensure the house was welcoming and all our needs were met. You can tell she genuinely cares about the happiness of the guests. I would absolutely stay here again on a future visit if the property was available and she would have us back.

St. Louis in March

Overall, this was a great place to stay! Pros: location, amount of beds/space, pet friendly, child friendly, communicative property manager, clean, kitchen amenities, home decor, affordable cost, amount of towels/blankets, and backyard space. Growth areas: the cover on the lockbox got stuck when trying to lower it to input the code, it is an older home that has updated furnishings (a couple of things detached when pulled, such as the handle to the freezer, and an overhead light strand- we were able to put back together without much difficulty), and the next door neighbor has a wind chime that can be heard in the bedrooms. We would stay again in the future!

We have stayed here so many times, I can not remember the exact number. Over the years the property has always been updated. If you have a dog and a young one, this is the place to stay!

Everything here was absolutely amazing. The host very responsive and helpful with everything. She made everything super accommodating and even had a bunch of useful things at the house to use. The house was very cozy and the neighborhood was great. 10/10 would recommend.

Long Weekend Stay

From the time we booked this place until checkout the host was great! She provided everything we would need for 4 babies and 4 adults for a long weekend away. The home is in a location that provides quick access to all the places to go in St. Louis. It was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. We would stay here again!

Easter in STL!

We stayed in this beautiful home in Dogtown for Easter. We were visiting with our dog and this place was PERFECT! The home is on a very quiet cul-de-sac and it was a good neighborhood for walks with our dog. There is a fenced in backyard with AMPLE space for dogs-and people! The home is very clean, very nicely appointed for humans and pets-the beds are so comfortable! The owner made it so easy to check in, to manage our dog away from home (it was very rainy and there were plenty of cloths to wipe down wet paws) and a dog bed/bowls in case you didn’t travel with your own. The house DOES NOT smell like a ‘pet house’-it’s exceptionally clean and the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies. We made dinner one night and I baked a carrot cake to take to an Easter luncheon! We had an amazing stay! Thank you Lisa!

Dog friendly in Dogtown!

We’ve actually stayed at this beautiful home several times now as we travel with our dog from AZ to MI! We love staying here with a large backyard with lots of grass and fenced in! Perfect for our golden and us! Always stocked with snacks and coffee! The beds are super comfortable! And the place is super quiet! Look forward to coming again next year!

Great little house in Dogtown

What a great spot! We brought our three kids to STL for a long weekend and had a blast! The house was perfect and had plenty of beds. It was clean and the host even provided a few snacks and a welcome note. Communication with the host was amazing—she was responsive and so helpful, sending a thorough list of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. It was so nice to have toys and books available for our kids to play with when we were at the house. We would absolutely stay here again!

Grandparents, infant and dog

The location was PERFECT for everyone involved! Perfect size home to keep track of our 20 month old grandson. Perfect fenced in back yard for my wife's dog. Excellent location in a quite kid friendly neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to visit with our grandson and my wife. We have stated a new family tradition with our grandson.

Dogtown delight

Had such a wonderful visit. The house was so clean. Host was so accommodating. Neighborhood was perfect. We visited Wash U. Could walk to the zoo. Was so safe and convenient to everything. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Lisa!
