The house was absolutely perfect for us. It was clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The shower is outstanding in the master bedroom. Host was pleasant, communicated in a timely manner, and very easy to work with… I highly recommend this property. An additional bonus it’s …close to anything and everything you might need. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Vicki Vicki was truly one of the best guests we have ever hosted at Zoey’s Place. From beginning to end, she was wonderful to communicate with, extremely respectful of our home, and went above and beyond anything we could ever expect from a guest. She left the house exceptionally clean, washed the bedding, stripped the bed, gathered the towels, took care of the trash, and treated our home as if it were her own. We were genuinely impressed and very appreciative when we saw how thoughtfully she left everything. It’s clear that Vicki understands what it means to care for a vacation rental, and I believe her experience as a fellow vacation-rental owner really shows. She is the kind of guest every host hopes to have. Vicki, thank you so much for choosing Zoey’s Place and for taking such incredible care of our home. I’m just leaving after a 12 night stay at Zoey’s place. I had a surgery that required me to stay in St. Louis for 10 days, and a Residence Inn is normally suggested. I’m so glad I chose Zoey’s to recover. I felt completely safe in the quiet neighborhood, and loved that it sits within two miles of a movie theater, several groceries and lots of places to eat. I would definitely book it again!

Lovely home away from home! The beds were comfortable, the place was spotless, and it had just what we needed to make a delicious breakfast every morning while we were here. The property manager was very prompt in their responses when we had questions. This property was very close to the main highways and in a very safe neighborhood. 10/10 we would return.

More Than What I Expected

We are selling our home in St. Louis and needed a place to stay for 10 days before we parted for Dallas, TX. This was my very first time using vrbo; I always book hotels. The email we received prior to check-in was very detailed and easy to follow. Once we checked-in, there is a binder with instructions as well as things to do in the St. Louis area. This owner also left a basket with a very cute 32oz thermal cup and delicious snacks. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly. The host was very easy to reach and friendly as well.
