The Red Rocks Extravaganza house is wonderful. Our group of 10 women had the pleasure of meeting Donna because she came over to help us with the spa. She was delightful. And we felt very welcome and comfortable in the house.

This is a beautiful home with gorgeous red rock views in every direction. My family was wowed by it as was I. I especially appreciated the responsiveness of the host, Donna. She is a lovely and gracious person and is dedicated to providing a good experience for her guests. I highly recommend this home and host.

Our family of 5 adults and 5 kids absolutely loved this property. The house was immaculate, kitchen well stocked and beds are very comfortable. The game room/bunk room was a huge plus for the kids!! We used this as a home base for trips to Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon and Las Vegas (overnight trip). The location was perfect for everything we had planned. Donna was very helpful and accommodating making this vacation truly amazing!! We highly recommend this property!!

There are a lot of pros about this property and a few cons. If you do not do well with steps or if someone in your party does not do well with steps, I would definitely not book this property. It is a three level property and there are steps everywhere. Our experience was this property was clean, and in a good location but not walkable into town. It is located right off of Main Street so we did hear quite a bit of noise during high traffic times. The views are absolutely stunning and I would highly recommend this property for anyone who definitely wants a red rock view.This is a property for very large parties and great for people with children. The home is older and definitely needs some updating.

Perfect Spot for a Girls Getaway!

We stayed at Red Rock Extravaganza (RRE) for our girls getaway. First of all, Sedona is Heaven on Earth! The perfect blend of activity, relaxation, and beautiful scenery! RRE is spacious, clean, welcoming, and has gorgeous views of the red rocks from the balcony. The property managers are very responsive both with answering questions prior to arrival and with responding during your trip. We requested yoga mats and they personally delivered them to the property that day! RRE's location is fantastic. Not only do you get the amazing views but it is a very short walk to the Verde Shuttle which takes you to stops throughout Sedona (Talapaque, downtown Sedona- pink Jeep Tours) as well as out to Cottonwood (kayaking tours/shopping/restaurants) and to the trailhead shuttle lot. We had a rental car but its nice to have the option and not have to worry about parking. The highlights of our trip were the Devil's Bridge hike, the Pink Jeep tour, and a OAC kayaking tour. RRE is the perfect home base to come back to with the fireplaced living room, fun game room, and relaxing jacuzzi. Make sure to go outside at night and look up at the stars. The sky is so clear and its easy to pick out constellations. We had an incredible trip to Sedona and highly recommend RRE as a place to stay with a group or family. One of the best VRBO's I've rented and I've rented a lot!

Everything was good one of the issue was the bbq grill didn’t get hot enough to use. Hot water for the shower didn’t stay hot. Other than that everything was great.

Friends Birthday Celebration

Red Rocks is a beautiful, well stocked, comfortable place to stay. It has all the amenities. Its close to town. Close to other activities. We were together to celebrate our 60th birthdays. We had 8 women. Everyone was comfortable. So much room. Beautiful thoughtful details. The managers was so helpful. A few of the women were talking about coming back with thier families. Needless to say, we highly recommend Red Rocks.

Amazing views! Amazing location! Amazing property!

Six women on a girls’ trip and we were thrilled with this property! So convenient to everything Sedona has to offer - we were even able to split up because the house falls just within Sedona’s on-demand shuttle service. With the amenities of the property, we also could have been happy staying put - enjoying the extraordinary view from the balcony, hot tubbing & stargazing In the private backyard! We even watched the Oscars - all 6 on the large, cozy couch. Owners were communicative and helpful. Would stay here again! Thank you!

The home was exactly as advertised and top notch cleanliness, amenities, and location. We had difficulty with the hot tub temperature one night and within 15 minutes had someone on site to help troubleshoot. Truly a dream of a stay!

Perfect family getaway

The views really are that good! And the location is perfect. Our extended family enjoyed a week at this lovely and spacious home, fully equipped (more than any VRBO we have ever stayed at!) with all we needed for the holiday week. The game room, hot tub, fire pit, and patio were all hits with our family. After a long day of hiking and exploring Sedona, this house was the perfect place to come home to. WOW! The views are amazing and the home is in a perfect location!

We had an amazing stay! The home was impressively spacious, with plenty of room for relaxation. It comfortably accommodated our group of twelve. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking views! The large deck offered a panoramic look at the surrounding landscape, and was perfect for enjoying sunsets with a glass of wine. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy for evenings together. The location was convenient, with local shops and restaurants just a short drive away. The host was incredibly accommodating. Check-in was seamless, and they were always available if we needed anything. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a spacious retreat with stunning views. I can’t wait to return!

The red rock extravaganza is even more beautiful in person! The views from the kitchen, the family room, and the master are exquisite and overpoweringly, gorgeous. The house is well supplied. Fabulous home with stunning views

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of nine to gather from around the country to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The pictures don’t do it justice. Every room was beautifully furnished; everything we needed, and then some, was provided. We had pool competitions and played on the arcade games, but mostly hung out on the spacious patio…those views!

Convenient location for quick hop on and off rotary, great for large groups.

Donna the property manager was very accommodating. The back yard is very peaceful and jacuzzi worked great. After the house cools down it stays cool. It is well stocked with 2 full size refrigerators and large pantry. Direct TV and smart TV's in every room. The patio has amazing views but can be a little bit noisy during rush hour. Our group of 12 enjoyed our stay!
