Spend your days soaking up the sun on our beautiful deck and patio, or grill up a delicious meal for the whole family on our convenient gas grill. And with a large yard perfect for outdoor activities and games, there's always something to do, including nightly fires in our brand new fire pit! Roast hot dogs and finish off the evening under the stars with fresh s'mores!

Inside, you'll find three bedrooms featuring a King bed, 2 Queen beds, and two modern bathrooms, providing plenty of space and comfort for everyone in your group. Our home has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and all the essential amenities you'd expect in a home away from home.

But that's not all - we also include a six passenger golf cart, perfect for exploring the area and taking in the stunning scenery. Getting around is easy thanks to our prime location within walking distance of the new Next Door Pub (5 minute walk) and Papa's Blue Spruce (6 minute walk), DJ's in the Drink (1 mile away), Neighborhood Playground (5-minute walk), Beach and Boat Launch (7-minute walk). Golf cart is available when there is no snow on the ground and temps are above freezing.

**All golf cart drivers must be twenty one (21+) years of age or older and provide a copy of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance in order to drive. Under no circumstances may anyone not a party to this agreement , or otherwise under the age of twenty one (21) years old, operate our cart.
Lessee is responsible for all damage to the cart, theft, bodily injury, and property damage.

*Our home is dog friendly as well! We allow up to 2 non-shedding dogs, a max of 50lbs each, for an additional $200 fee per stay. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture, owners must clean up all dog waste in the yard, and dog(s) must be crated if left alone at the property.

*This property comes with a wifi-enabled smart TV's where you can stream your favorite shows with your own login.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
