Welcome to our Bluestone home! The house is newly renovated and located in a safe/quiet neighborhood. 5 min "straight road" to DT/UT. Fun in-house and outdoor entertainment. Super friendly to kids and pets🐶🐱. Come and book the place to enjoy your trip to Knoxville.

We had a great weekend stay at this property! It was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and the owner left us all the basic toiletries and cleaning supplies that we needed. It’s in a close proximity to campus and a short drive/uber ride to UT dorms/restaurants/Neyland stadium. Easy check-in and check-out process. Thank you, Jason!

Lovely home, just what we needed to make our stay in Knoxville comfortable! Huge kitchen, convenient laundry, big back yard for your two Cavis and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Very sweet remodeled cottage that had everything we needed!

Perfect for what we needed

The house was very nice and description was accurate. It was not in a very good neighborhood, and we ended up walking home after concert because we could not get an Uber . We had taken an Uber because of limited parking , so it was about a 2 mile walk in a what seemed sketchier neighborhood. It ended up being fine , but a little uneasy. The outside area needed to be blown off as we did not use it as it was not as tidy as pictures. Overall. We would rent it again , but that is just some of my take aways.

Enjoyable Overnight Stay

This smaller, very-well-kept property with private, fenced-in backyard provided a wonderful overnight resting spot for our family of 3 as well as our 4 rescue dogs. It was a welcoming place to relax and recharge for one night before getting back on the road!

Super clean

House was spacious and clean. Had a little trouble wih the key lock but the owner was very responsive and was able to assist right away. Enjoyed the backyard activities as well as the indoor game.

Fun & cozy

Host was super responsive to all our questions. House was clean and modern exactly as pictured. Neighborhood was convenient to everything we visited. Gave 4 for location just because house was right around the corner from a busy street w small strip mall.

Another great stay

Fourth time we stayed here for a night on our way from FL to MI and back . Super convenient spot as close to highway ( can’t hear the highway), super clean and great for dogs as the back yard is fenced it . Always clean and comfy beds

Second short stay on way back to FL from MI

We stayed at this cute little house with a great backyard for dogs a week ago on our way to MI for a wedding . Enjoyed the house and it’s location ( easy access to I75) again on our return trip. This will be a to go to in years to come for our trips back and fourth from FL to MI!!

Great stay

Cute little house near UT

We stayed here (family of 4, mom and dad and two teens) for a visit/tour at UT. House is small but nicely apportioned, we were never feeling like we were all on top of each other. Nice back yard with putt putt and corn hole. UT campus is 7 or so minutes away. We didn’t use anything at all in the kitchen because we were only there approx 36 hours start to finish so I can’t really speak to that part of the house, but it looked as if you’d have everything you’d need to cook meals etc.
