The entire Condo is completely new, private and very comfortable with everything you need to be calm. Completely clean and perfect for a short stay for work, business or relaxation.

Newly built in a peaceful and quiet part of Cabo San Lucas overlooking the ocean.

* 45 minutes from San José del Cabo airport.

* 15 MINUTES DOWNTOWN AND OTHER BEAUTIFUL BEACHES.

* Two bedrooms, Two Bathrooms and Big Balcony with Ocean View.

* Community Amenities: Pool, BBQ Grill, 4 Firepits, Free Gated Parking and 24 Security Guard.

Away from the nightlife enjoyment of peace and quite

Enjoyed the mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee watching the cruise ships come in. The area had good restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Amazing view

Are stay at sabina was completely amazing. The view was incredible are condo eas so beauriful. It was very peaxeful with lits of birds chirping. Close to everythinh within10 mins. But at the same time you are up on the hill away from all the hustle. We completely enjoyed are stay and our host was very attentive. Lived it!!!!!!

Quiet and serene

Stayed for 7 nights and had a great time …….. place was well appointed and view did not dissapoint!!!……… high in the hills and overlooks all of downtown Cabo and Arch. Easy access in/out and guarded gate in front. Thanks for the use of your place as we would stay there again.

Not maintained or clean.

Awful stay with noise. Video camera inside the kitchen viewing everything but rooms. Would never stay again.

Great stay near Cabo

We chose this rental because it was well furnished, contemporary, a good space for the four of us and a bit away from busy downtown Cabo San Lucas. It was an ideal location for us and there were plenty of places to get coffee, dinner and groceries within a 10 minute Drive. The host gave us some great recommendations. The neighbors were a mix of expats and local, and all were very friendly. The VRBO message dropped the checkin link, but the host was able to send it directly to us. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area.

Great stay fast internet

Our stay here was great. The pool is really nice and the views are stunning. The host was accommodating. The internet was really quick as I worked during my stay and they have fiber here. It is quite far out from the town but we liked that. The only bad thing is there is lots of construction noise which is a real shame but that is not the hosts' fault. Also, I think you are going to have that problem anywhere in Cabo.

A quiet refuge from Cabo yet close to town. Incredible views.

This is the second time staying in this unit. Exactly as described. Close enough to town, about a 5-10 minute drive, but far enough away to be very peaceful at night.

Very pleased with everything!

Great location, great neighborhood, and a short Uber ride to Cabo. Very comfortable and very nice owners who checked on us frequently. Would definitely stay here again.
