Este gran condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños está ubicado en el centro y está cerca de todo. No es necesario alquilar un auto aquí, ya que puedes caminar a todas partes. Golf cerca, caminar hasta Cabo Wabo o el centro comercial Puerto Paraíso. Peine en la playa todas las mañanas o vaya a pescar en alta mar desde este maravilloso lugar a solo una cuadra de la playa de Medano. Los 2 dormitorios (cada uno con camas king) están separados por el área de la sala de estar / cocina para una máxima privacidad si vas con otra pareja. 2 baños hacen de este un condominio muy cómodo. El condominio cuenta con vista a la piscina en el único edificio con ascensor en el complejo Marina Sol. Marina Sol tiene una fantástica piscina climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje, un restaurante en el patio, un salón de belleza, un terapeuta de masajes, un mini centro comercial y alguien para reservar sus tours. También se pueden encontrar muchos restaurantes excelentes a las afueras del patio. Hay una barbacoa en una bonita terraza que se extiende por todo el ancho del condominio. La cocina tiene todo lo que uno podría desear para preparar deliciosas comidas y, si no tiene ganas de cocinar, hay muchos restaurantes excelentes cerca. Viene con todas las sábanas, toallas y toallas de playa. Tenemos un administrador de propiedades en el sitio, por lo que si necesita algo, están allí para ayudarlo.

Convenient to Everything

Marina Sol has a perfect location to downtown, Medano beach, and the marina. Gerry's condo was well equipped, clean, very spacious, and had a nice deck overlooking the pool. It was great to go to the craziness of the beach and downtown and have a calm and quiet place to come back to relax in. On-site staff are very helpful. Two grocery stores nearby if you wish to prepare your own meals. Would stay again!

Medano Beach - Central Location

2 bedroom condo in walking distance to Medano Beach and Marina. Reasonably priced and the small condo complex was clean and well taken care of. Staff on the property were very nice and helpful. Great place to stay with kids.

Really nice place

This large, comfy 2 bedroom is just 2 1/2 blocks from Medano Beach and about 2 1/2 blocks from the mall which has a great grocery store with deli. The condo has beach chairs, Beach umbrella, and large beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely return.

Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic

There is so much to say! Essentially, you won't be disappointed staying here. So close to everything! Fantastic restaurants within a block, beach is 4 min walk away, Marina 8 min, city center 12. The grounds are so well kept, the pool cleaned every morning. The team is so ready to assist at any time. There are a few eating/drinking options on-site, very convenient. And food and benefits service poolside. The AC in the unit worked super well. Kitchen was fully stocked. Comfy couch and huge tv nice for family movie night after a day of too much sun. There are only two things that my personal preference would prefer to see changed for next time: the mattresses were huge which was great, but way too firm and a door for the toilet in the master suite. The fan was very good, but the curtain closure did not allow for privacy. An accordion door could be solution. Other than that, it was everything we needed for a nice, easy, no-frills, relaxing vacay, and I would definitely go back.

Great stay

We loved this place and highly recommend! Great location - easy to walk to the beach, town and marina. There were beach chairs and an umbrella which were perfect since we spent a lot of time there. The property has a ton of amenities which we enjoyed, including the pool, clubhouse, on-site restaurant and bar. The condo is a nice size overlooking the pool and the property manager was very helpful as well. We would choose this place again!

A wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, a nice patio overlooking a courtyard, quiet, and 2 bedrooms at opposite ends of the condo. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities for our stay and the air conditioning made for a comfortable living environment! We would request the same condo the next time we come to Cabo!

The best of the best!

We loved everything about our stay in what we call The Parrot Room! We have stayed many times at Marina Sol. It’s location, pool size, amenities and overall vibe are always exactly what we are looking for when we visit Cabo. Gerald’s condo exceeded our expectations. Maggie was an incredible manager, and was so welcoming and helpful in every way. There were plenty of fresh towels, beach chairs, food in the fridge, a super comfy sectional couch and a huge screen tv with Netflix! We cannot recommend this property more highly to prospective guests; you will NOT be disappointed!!

Will not stay here again

The location of this property is perfect. I’ve stayed at Marina sol before and have loved it. However I will not be renting from Gerry again. I received a confirmation email but when we got there the check in process was horrible we had to wait 45minutes before getting in bc I was never contacted with information regarding check in process or key for the condo. After a long trip it’s awful having to wait. In addition I received a call a week after our stay to discuss dog poop on the floor mind you all we don’t even own a dog. Gerry stated some of the neighbors saw us I asked him to please check his cameras before calling me with these accusations. He also said there was something seemed like water spilled on his couch which I thought was odd that his couch would still be wet a week later and he’d call to touch bases so late after our stay.

The location is excellent! Short walk to the beach. Lovely pool area, nice and quiet. The lady in the little store on the property was very sweet. We experienced some technical difficulties and were never able to reach the local property manager.

Gerry's place

Great condo. Clean and well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Gerry has a property manager that takes care of all your needs at the condo and also will pick you up at the airport. The pool and bar have just been updated and in great shape. Great time for a trip to go to Cabo and we will be going back to Gerry's place next year!

Condo needs work

Condo beds are way to hard. Slept on the couch last to days not much better. Smelled musty and two air conditioners leaked water. No toilet paper. 1/2 the remotes didn’t work for the air conditioner and lights/fans. Don’t think I would rent this condo again. But I would in the resort

The property was in an excellent location and our room was clean and great for a family! We had some issues with the air conditioner leaking and needing to keep a towel under it to collect leaking water. We didn’t have enough toilet paper to last our entire trip and needed to purchase more. The bedding was clean and ready to use but we felt the beds were very hard. Lastly the restaurant and bar were shut down and being renovated during our stay the construction was loud and it was disappointing not to have a swim up bar or restaurant on site as this is one of the features that we were looking forward to, that being said I don’t believe the owner of the property likely had knowledge of this prior to our booking.

Great location

The location was great for this property, we were able to walk every were we needed to go. We had some air conditioning issues (leaking, loud knocking noises) and the linens & towels need to be replaced, plus there are a few things that needed to be fixed in the property Other then that, it definitely fit our needs. We really enjoyed the pool area as well.

Great family stay with teenagers

Excellent location- right in the middle of town, but very quiet and felt private (it was the last week of July- low season). We used the pool every day, or took the 5 minute walk out the back gate to be on Medano Beach: warm water, nice sand and very clean! The condo had everything we needed (including 2 beach chairs, umbrella and floaties). It has a casual vibe- no need to worry about kids messing up fancy decor. The complex has several pluses: 1. super friendly helpful concierge in lobby helped us book a sunset cruise (really nice- just don't expect quality food/drinks), arranged for rental snorkeling gear to be dropped off, and even a rental car brought to the condo to use for 2 days (we decided to go snorkeling at Chelleno beach- highly recommend!!!! and a round of golf) 3. snack bar near pool had nice breakfast, smoothies etc, and the bar near lobby was a perfect quiet spot. Kitchen had plenty of equipment for cooking, there were plenty of towels for all the water activities. Our week had awesome weather and we would love to come back to Marina Sol again. The owner was very responsive to questions, and his local contact Jimmy was superb with tips and rides to/from airport.

Location, Location,

This condo was everything we hoped it would be! We have stayed at Marina Sol before but in other condos. This condo faced the pool and wonderful grounds. With 2 master bedrooms it was very accommodating for our son and his wife! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and what ever one would need to cook or make coffee, Spent many days on the deck reading or having cocktails. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone! Cannot wait to return!

Perfect location

Another beautiful stay in Cabo! The Marina Sol is the perfect location to walk to the beach, the marina or down town. Our condo was clean, comfortable and just the right size to relax inside or out on the huge patio.

great location, big enough for two couples or a family with children to have individual space

good view from 2nd floor of pool and yard, older unit with a little wear and tear but absolutely fine for a cabo beach vacation, short couple blocks walk to all medano beach locations, security is evident as is locked gates in the evening. we will come back

Marino Sol was nice but our condo was not very clean, ripped sheets, gray towels, rusty coffee machine etc etc. Over rated. Poor dollar value. Low end bed and very sad couch

Perfect location for easy access

This is a great condo location with a wonderful pool and great amenities. Our trip got cut very short, unexpectedly, and Gerry was very helpful and understanding. I am extremely familiar with Cabo so had very few needs, but felt like there were great resources available to help. Ella, the concierge was also by helpful. I look forward to returning and can't wait to see any changes along the way.

Great set up, close to everything and a fantastic pool. Medano Beach is just over the hill and there is safe swimming from this beach. You can rent wave runners, or take a glass bottomed boat over to the arch, or Lover's Beach. Awesome spot! Walkable to everything.
