Welcome to your dream vacation home on Anna Maria Island! Head up to the main level of the home where you will be greeted by the spacious and bright living area. A wall of windows offers you stunning views of the Bay. The living area is perfect for relaxing and spending time with your loved ones with its open living and dining space and comfortable seating.

The kitchen is stocked with all the modern appliances you will need to prepare delicious meals at home. It features luxurious countertops, a large island with breakfast bar seating, and a dining room with table for 8. Whether you prefer to cook a full meal or grab a quick snack, you will find everything you need in this beautiful kitchen.

On this main floor you will find the first two bedrooms, a convenient powder room and even a pool table! Hang out and play pool in the billiards room complete with wet bar and beverage fridge. Kids will love the fun bunk room that sleeps up to 4 people and features its own ensuite bathroom with double vanity and bathtub/shower combo. Parents can stay close by in the king suite on this level.

Upstairs, two more bedrooms are waiting to welcome you with plenty of natural light and stunning views. Outside the bedrooms there is another bonus room with wet bar where you can relax on the sectional sofa and catch a movie, or just take in the amazing water views outside the sliding doors. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable king-size beds, cable TV and luxurious ensuite bathrooms. There is even a desk for dedicated work from home space.

For even more spectacular views of the bay, head up to the rooftop deck. This private deck is perfect for stargazing, sunbathing, or just enjoying a beautiful sunset with your family. Equipped with comfortable seating, the deck is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the island.

Outside in the private back yard enjoy the Florida sunshine while lounging by the private heated swimming pool and spa. The covered pool deck offers outdoor dining for 6, a gas grill, ping pong table and plenty of stylish chaise loungers. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
