There is nothing else on the island quite like the Polynesian inspired backyard at H2O Bungalow! You will have your own private retreat complete with a spectacular lazy river, waterfalls, a stone bridge and Easter Island statues. The amazing pool also features fountains and a large hot tub for relaxing. While the family enjoys the pool, cookout on the charcoal grill and and then dine outside amidst the tropical landscaping.

We won't blame you if you never want to leave this backyard, but when you do the beautiful white sand Gulf beach is less than a short two blocks away. Less than a 10 minutes stroll down Gulf Drive will lead you to several shops and restaurants. You can also hop on the Island Trolley right near the house and let it carry you where you want to go, from Pine Avenue to Coquina Beach.

Inside H20 Bungalow you'll find all the comforts of home with finishing touches that give it an upscale feel. The large flat-screen TV in the living room offers cable channels as well as your favorite streaming services. The kitchen is open and spacious, featuring a huge island with plenty of seating. Order in or cook a fantastic meal on the glass cooktop and double oven. Whichever you choose, the 8-top dining table offers all the space you need for a sit-down meal.

When you retreat to bed for the evening, choose from one of three roomy and inviting bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed, TV and ensuite bath. The second bedroom also includes a king bed and can function as a second master suite with its own hall by closing the barn door closed to the living room. Kids will love the nautical-themed third bedroom with two twin bunk beds plus trundle which can sleep up to 5.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
