This modest yet charming house is just a couple minutes away from a public beach and park on Lake Simcoe. The nearby waterfront features a sizable children`s playground and climbing structures.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay

➤ The guests will have access to the entire home. NOT including the shed in the backyard. Please, make yourself at home.

➤ Driveway parking spaces available.

This location is in Georgina. Georgina stretches along the shores of Lake Simcoe with plentiful beaches throughout creating an ideal retreat for those living outside the area. Highway development and population growth have transformed Georgina from cottage country to an economically thriving community with the best of all worlds.

This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so almost all errands require a car.

➤Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don`t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you`re preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can`t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

➤ We have a security camera at the door of the property for our guests` and property`s safety purposes. This camera is actively recording images.

➤ SNOW REMOVAL for driveways and parking areas:
Snow removal will be done if there is a snowfall of over 4 inches. Please NOTE during heavy snowfalls and winter weather storm advisories, the properties will be maintained the best we can. Your patience will be appreciated, as during these times, snow crews can be very busy helping to keep all of the roads in the area cleared.

➤ SNOW and ICE: Due to the nature of cottage country`s natural terrain, we will do our best to keep the walkways to the cottage entrance clear. NOTE there can be snow and ice on the ground, as well as build up and cannot be removed until weather permits us to do so. Walkways and steps can be SLIPPERY, please bring the appropriate footwear and be prepared for this type of weather.

➤ Our regular lawn-cutting service will take place weekly on Tuesdays. Please be aware that this routine maintenance will not exceed one hour and is scheduled to keep our property looking beautiful and well-maintained.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.

9. It is mandatory that anyone using the firepit on the property must contact the fire department and activate the permit prior to starting any fire. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the revocation of fire pit privileges.
