For those blending business with leisure, we've created a dedicated office alcove, allowing you to work from home (WFH) without sacrificing comfort.

Each area of the condo is equipped with Smart flat-screen TVs, cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. You’ll also find thoughtful extras like beach towels, a beach umbrella, and pool noodles for your days in the sun. If tennis is your game, feel free to borrow the racquet and hit the on-site court.

Shared laundry facilities are located just a short stroll from the condo, making longer stays hassle-free. You'll enjoy peace of mind in this gated and secure Crystal Cove community, complete with a Smart lock programmed exclusively for you during your stay.
SEAMLESS ISLAND LIVING
Crystal Cove offers the perfect blend of serenity and accessibility. Sapphire Beach is right at your doorstep, and if you're eager to explore the island, taxis and local "safaris" (affordable communal transportation) are readily available. Prefer to drive? Major car rental companies like Hertz, Budget, and Avis can set you up to experience the thrill of driving on the left side of the road.

A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of the cancellation policy.
1. Energy Conservation: Please turn off the AC when not present in the unit.
2. Water Conservation: Be mindful of water usage. Avoid long showers. Our water comes from rain catchment and is stored in a cistern below the house. Please be conservative with water, especially when showering and washing dishes. Your cooperation is truly appreciated.
3. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the rental property. Please use designated smoking areas, if available.
4. NO PARTIES: Parties and events are not allowed in the unit. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property.
5. Noise Ordinance: Keep loud music and other disturbances to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
6. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed in the unit.
7. Tidiness: Use provided trash bins within the unit. Extra trash bags are available. Please use shoe bins at the front door to avoid tracking sand and dirt inside the unit.
8. Damages and Replacement Fees: Guests will be assessed a present-value replacement fee for any damaged items.
9. Fees:
- Lost Key Fee: $200
- Smoking Fee: $400
- Disturbance Fee: $500 (If security or authorities are called to the scene/unit, or an incident report is filed, this fee will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.)
10. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
11. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
12. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.
