Welcome to "THE NORWELL," a true piece of heaven on earth. This home is tucked away off the main channel in a very serene, peaceful place, and it is excellent for anyone looking to relax on the lake. The property has been completely redone, and you will not be disappointed by the Designer touches throughout. Make memories with us on LKN!

-All bedrooms have super comfortable beds and extra bedding if needed. Sleeping 8-10 comfortably, this home is the perfect setting to make memories of a lifetime with your entire family or group!

-Feel at home with our fully equipped kitchen and new Weber Grill.

-Cable & Smart TV for you to enjoy your accounts: Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime TV, Paramount, HBO MAX, Apple TV, Amazon Music Unlimited, etc.

-Laptop-friendly workspace, High-Speed WIFI, etc.

LAKE & BOAT INFORMATION:
-Boat Rentals is close to the property.
-Bring your boat; the launch is 5 minutes away.
-From the dock, you can go Swimming, Fishing, Boating, Water-Skiing, Tubing, Paddle Board, Kayak, or cruise the lake taking in the spectacular sights.
-Plenty of bath/beach towels for the lake.

No Parties or Events. Guests have private access to the entire property. Baby equipment, including a highchair and toys, is available upon request.

The tennis/pickleball court is open from sunrise to sunset, and absolutely no pets are allowed. Play at your own risk.

You will love the peace and serenity you will find here. We invite you with open arms to be our guests at “THE NORWELLS.” Our goal is to help make your stay an experience of a lifetime! We also have a local team near the house to help care for anything you need.

Brooke is a great host. She allowed us to check in early and extend our stay. Her home is beautiful, has an amazing view of Lake Norman, and all the conveniences of home. It was even decorated for Christmas which was a blessing to our family.

Incredibly charming and comfortable property. Gorgeous location and views, beautifully furnished and organized. Beds were wonderful, host was available and helpful, kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils. We had an amazing weekend stay and all agreed we definitely want to return asap !

Fun, family vacation at Lake Norman

The property was extremely clean and well stocked. It was exactly as listed and maybe in fact more amazing! The lake view was breathtaking and the pickleball courts were super fun. My dog loved running around the property and the neighborhood is very nice to take your fur baby on walks. We would definitely go back again. The owners are very responsive and just a text away. Thank you again Brooke for allowing us to experience your terrific property!

Our Summer getaway

Lovely house on Lake Norman. Convenient location to area stores….Very clean and fully equipped kitchen. My family loved relaxing on the dock and swimming in the lake…it was such a surprise to find how pet friendly this home was… Brooke was an amazing host…so responsive and we will look forward to a future stay!!

This lake house was PERFECT for our Memorial Day weekend getaway! The home was impeccable, and you can't beat the location (or the sunsets). The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We would love to come back!

Livin’ the lake life

This property was a good fit for our family with teens! The downstairs area gave them space to chill and stay up late while adults went to sleep. The cove was a great place to swim and float with clean water and safe distance from boat traffic. We loved the huge swim pad! The hot weather kept us from the pickleball court but we enjoyed it one overcast morning. Loved the Pura scents, coconut bath products and soft sheets!

A Lakeside Gem

Absolutely gorgeous lake house on Lake Norman! The pictures online are awesome but the place is even better when you get there. The house is clean, neat and beautifully decorated. Everything you need is there. Plenty of space to spread out and look at the lake. We spent most the time on the dock where there was a table to sit at and bar plus a great place to fish and have the boat. This is a must stay! Better than you can imagine.

Gorgeous Sunsets

Relaxing and serene are two words that come to mind when describing this rental on Lake Norman! The gorgeous sunsets were visible from every point on the property, but we especially liked the cozy porch view! Although the weather was chilly, we enjoyed fishing and gathering at the pier seating area and bar! Again the lake experience was awesome whether we were having fun inside or outside. Morning coffee with a sunrise lake view from the master bedroom or sun porch-loved it! Thank you for allowing us to visit your Lake Norman home! We will definitely be a repeat customers!

The Great Lake House Experience

Everything about this lake getaway exceeded my expectations! The location was exceptional because we had our own private access to the lake which we quickly took advantage of with the lake " toys" that were there for our use. There was more than enough room and the design allowed for family gatherings as well as the opportunity for privacy. The kitchen was a family hit! The owner was in constant communication (emails, etc.) and immediately answered my phone call to answer a question. As if this was not enough, it even had a pool table which we all took advantage of. I don't think that it gets better than this!

No need to settle

I chose this title because typically when we stay at a rental property, you settle with not enough kitchen pans/pots/accessories, etc. What I loved about this property was that they had taken care of all the finishing touches. When cooking, they had plenty of everything I needed, including descent knives, a wide range of spices, olive oil, BIG coffee cups, a great starter kit of some coffee pods and toiletries/tp/ dish soap etc. The owner was very accommodating and communication was great! Beds were comfortable! One of the best features was that the majority of the yard is fenced in, as well was a completely fenced in area for our dog to run freely and play. There were multiple places on the property to hang out, including the four season porch, the porch underneath with a table and also bar, as well as the covered dock with a table and another bar area. My son loved the pool table and the owner provided lots of water toys as well, which was a plus. The water at the dock is clean and deep enough for docking and swimming. The decor of this place is so inviting! This was definitely one of my favorite Vrbo’s I’ve stayed at because I didn’t feel like they left their visitors fending for themselves. If there was something we needed, it was there!
