Welcome to Carolina Cove! Time to get away and relax with your friends and family at this single level, 4 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms with a brand new heated pool/spa!

As you enter the front door, first thing you'll see is beautiful Lake Norman through a set of large, lakeside windows. The attention to detail of this updated, open concept, modern feeling home is amazing!

Head outside and take a dip in the brand new heated pool (heated to 81 between April 15th and October 15th annually, and spa (available year round)..... you'll love the flat lawn - perfect for playing outdoor games.

Ready to head out on the water? Take one of the four kayaks provided - 2 adult and 2 youth.....or pull up your boat and park it at the private dock or rent a pontoon through us! At night, you'll love the lakeside firepit - ideal spot for s'mores and fireside discussion!

The location of this property is ideal as you'll have that quiet, residential feel while being less than 10 minutes to the heart of Mooresville restaurants, breweries, shopping and entertainment!

Property Notes:
- Included in the rate is heating of the pool to 81 degrees between April 15th and October 15th - based on sun warmth, actual temperatures may be higher than 81. Contact us if you want to heat the pool during the off-season - may not be possible due to exterior/current pool temperatures but will be considered for an additional expense.
- This property does have exterior facing cameras to protect the home during times of vacancy
- The property is on a private well and 4 bedroom septic system
- Lake Norman is a man made lake, water levels will vary throughout the year.
