Featuring 18th Fairway views on the Foxfire Resort and Golf Club, this condo offers a peaceful escape for anyone. This unit is located across the parking lot from brand new Pickleball Courts and the Swimming Pool. Just 10 minutes away from historic Pinehurst Village and Southern Pines, NC. There is a 220 Stage 2 EV plug available that can charge approximately 40 miles per hour.

The space:
Top floor unit with two bedrooms featuring a walk-out deck that overlooks the 18th green. The front porch features views of pickleball courts and pool area.

Two bathrooms with separate bathroom vanity areas and double bowl sinks. Full-Sized Refrigerator, Oven/Range, Microwave, Dishwasher and a Large Stackable Washer/Dryer.

Newly remodeled floors as well as newly painted. Unit is temperature controlled by nest thermostat to keep you comfortable during your stay. Roku streaming device available in living room as well as spectrum cable TV in every room.

NOTE: The swimming pool is undergoing maintenance and will be unavailable to guests until later in the summer.

Swimming Pool passes are available upon request and availability for a small fee. Golf reservations can be made online at Foxfire Golf Resort & Country club. The nearby "Village Green Park" features a covered picnic area, walking trails and a playground.

A nice retreat near family

Our second floor condo was a perfect location for a visit to see our family. Two bedrooms each sleeping 3 and their own bath area was ideal for privacy and seclusion.

Great spot

We were at a local farm for an event and wanted to stay out and not drive home for the night. Perfect spot for two couples … or more with the bedroom setup. Comfortable beds and soft bedding! Welcome book super helpful - if we had remembered to look - Jamie was so responsive and patient with our thermostat question and we appreciated that. Close to Pinehurst and quietly tucked into the pine trees. Would stay again.

Cozy on 18

Property is well maintained and very spacious. 4 grown men stayed there and had plenty of space and there are more than enough towels. There were ample supplies and even a washer and dryer if needed. The location is perfect. Secluded but within reach of a lot. I will definitely recommend. Also the property manager responds very quickly with instructions.

Retreat like oasis

This unit reminded us of Hilton Head nestled amidst the beautiful pines of NC! It’s quiet and serene. Our stay was very pleasant. The location was super convenient to our friends we were visiting. The property was comfortable and the owners were quick to respond to questions when needed. The unit was well appointed with everything needed. The only thing I would have added was a magnifying mirror for the bathrooms to put on makeup. It was worth our money. The only disappointment was the pool was unavailable but otherwise it was a delightful stay.

Be Careful Renting from this Owner

This is not a review that I wanted to write but the owner left me no choice. We rented this unit for 4 nights in July 2025.The temp that week was incredible hot. There were multiple heat advisories and evening storms. Our 1st night at this property we noticed the temp was set to 77 degrees. The heat/air unit is controlled by the owner. After a very warm & restless night of sleep I sent an email to the owner asking them to adjust the temp. They agreed and all was good for a period of time. On our 3rd night we noticed it was getting warm again. My husband and I had to find a coffee shop to work at b/c the rental was too warm (88). We exchanged emails and a couple of calls with the owner. The AC unit was not working and they could not get a repair service so we had to move to a hotel. The owner issued us a very small refund. It did not even cover a full night refund. I sent them a request for an additional refund because the refund was very small. I thought this was a fair amount because of the additional cost incurred from our hotel and inconvenience. We found a hotel 30 min away, we had to throw out our groceries (chicken,vegetables, bacon,eggs,juice) and we no longer had the option to cook our dinner or breakfast in the morning. I don't think my request was unreasonable. I wasn't asking for a full refund or even 1/2 refund. We were completely inconvenienced and the owner was unapologetic. I thought they were going to do the right thing, unfortunately they did not!
