Long Drive On No. 5 - 1BR Condo w/ GREAT Golf Views, Minutes From Clubhouse

*We are only a 10 minute walk to the Pinehurst Golf Clubhouse!*

Renovated in January 2023! "Long Drive on No. 5" is a 1BR, 1BA second-story condo perfectly situated on hole #16 of Pinehurst No. 5 Golf Course. Relax on the private back deck with open views of the fairway and enjoy the sunshine and unparalleled peace and quiet. Cozy & luxurious finishes combined with an excellent location make this condo perfect for a weekend golf getaway or an extended stay!

Condo was renovated in 2023 and furnishings were purchased new, with sleeping for up to 3 people. Space is appointed with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. All towels and linens are provided.

Please note this is a second-story condo. You must ascend 12 exterior steps to reach the front door.

The living room and bedroom is equipped with Amazon Fire Smart TVs with Netflix or any other streaming app available for use, along with Spectrum Cable TV (complete with the Golf Channel of course)!

There is a desk and a monitor set up in the common area for all of your work from home needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need for a weekend getaway or month-long stay, including stainless steel appliances. You will love our well-appointed, cozy condo with easy access to all Pinehurst has to offer. Make yourself at home in one of the world’s most celebrated golf towns!

When you book your stay, please ensure the number of guests (up to 3) you put in the reservation is accurate, and let us know if additional guests are added later. Provisions are provided depending on the number of guests, and we are required to know how many people may be in the building in case of an emergency.

Other things to note: There is a camera integrated with the front doorbell for the safety and security of our home. The camera records both video and audio and is occasionally monitored to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. The camera is pointing outwards, and will ONLY record motion and audio directly outside the front door. Please DO NOT tamper with the camera. The doorbell still functions as a typical doorbell.

Our condo is suitable for infants and toddlers, but please note that we do not provide cribs, high-chairs, etc., and the condo has not been "child-proofed." Use your own discretion based on the listing details and photos.

The Long Drive on No. 5 worked out perfectly. Will is a super host and communicates very well. Condo was is perfect for two people. Very clean, with several nice amenities, including a much appreciated selection of snacks. We liked it so much that we came back for a second night three days later, after our plans changed. Also, very convenient to main Pinehurst Clubhouse and Cradle. For a really good and inexpensive "local" breakfast, be sure to go across the main road to the horse stables and Track Restaurant. Love the local vibe. Cash only.

Nice and quiet! Just what we needed for a two day golf tournament and a play to come to and relax! The snacks and other items at the home were a nice touch! Enjoyed the condo location near Pinehurst resort. It was right on the golf course. The host had left snacks which was nice touch. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning nice and cold on a hot day.

My family and I fell in love with Pinehurst in early 2021, when we began exploring purchasing a condo in the area. The quaint landscape of the rolling hills and endless longleaf pines, combined with the charming small-town feel is what sold us on Pinehurst and what keeps bringing us back! We began hosting guests in the fall of 2021 on other platforms and just recently jumped into VRBO.
