Loved the Golf Cart, was able to drive it to there down town area within 2-5 blocks! Loved how close was to the marina and small beach!! Great location ! They provided everything you needed for cooking utensils! Loved the hot tub with the lights and jets! We also loved the huge bonfire pit we used it every night !!Would defiantly stay again!!

Was good property overall. Everything on house was good overall. But needs some tlc. Bed is not good and not comfortable. I dont believe its a queen but could b. Jukebox worked great. Arcade game has obnoxiously loud volume, turn it down please. Couldn't play if anyone was sleeping oorwatching TV bcuz of volume Golf cart is a death trap. Absolutely no brakes...not even parking brake. Rode right through stop sign...absolutely no brakes. Luckily no cars coming. Hot tub was nothing to write home about. Very old and worked just ok. If golf cart worked it would have been nice to take to beach.

Great fun stay for all seasons!

My friends and I had a blast here in early Fall for a long weekend. Perfect Summer destination! Hot tub is the best.

Night away

The house was just as described, fully stocked and nice hot tub. Good pizza close by and beautiful views of the harbor.

Outside of house is very dirty!There are no railings on either porch. They are covered in alge and very slippery. Inside also could us some attention but not as bad as outside. I dropped something that went under the couch and it was dusty and nasty!! The golf cart provided did not have any brakes so we didn't use it. The jacuzzi need a new cover and a cleaning. The house address when you google it comes up as a house down the street with a fenced yard in better condition!! About 5 houses down. Has some nice things also. With some cleaning my rating would have been higher. We lost power while we were there!and had no flashlights or candles for an emergency. OK not great! Property needs a deep cleaning !!

Perfect spot

Located in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk away from downtown and all of the different dining options. Also can walk to the grocery store, what a cute grocery store.

Perfect for what we needed!

We were in town for a wedding weekend and needed a spot to hang out between festivities. This was very clean, within walking distance to town, and we had a great time reliving our childhood with the arcade game in the living room :).

Very convenient and functional

Three house was in a great location for us, just a few miles from the wedding we were in town for. It was also within easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops and the docks. The house itself was great for us. Nice yard if we had more time to relax out back and the AC did a fine job for the weather we had.

My sister and I drove my parents up to Michigan to visit our brother. This house was our home base. It is a cute little house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I loved the location and the quietness. We all found the beds to be comfortable and the couch was large enough for all of us. The communication was great and check in was a breeze! The air conditioners were great and cold! The house could use a deep cleaning. The windows are dirty and there is a stain on the carpet. The table and chairs were kind of sticky. The shower also needs repaired as water pours out of the spigot where it goes into the wall. My main concern was the sidewalk and steps up to the house. They are in need of repair. My mom is elderly and is not very stable on her feet and we had to take her in and out the back door. Even though the back deck has steps (with no railing), it was much safer than the front steps! Overall, the house was good for us. The location and price are good. It could just use some TLC.

We're looking into a repair for the front sidewalk and steps this fall, and we appreciate you flagging how difficult they were for your mom. The shower leak is being fixed as well, and we're scheduling a deep clean for the windows, carpet, and furniture. Glad the location and the beds worked for your family, and we hope to host you again. I dropped the railing line since you didn't mention it — but I'd add one to the back deck steps regardless of the sidewalk timeline. It's a cheap fix, it's the entrance guests with mobility issues are being funneled to, and fall is a while to wait with the front steps in the shape they're in.

Nice place quiet neighbor

House is nice. Has old video game with lots of games to play. Would sleep 6 comfortably. Hot tub holds 2. Firepit in yard is nice. Bring firewood. The only complaint iI have is that the BBQ grill was full under the burners and kept starting on fire. Other the stay was nice and the

Long weekend

The house is a nice house with a very comfy couch in a great neighborhood close to everything! The issues we encountered were the side walk from the drive to the front porch has many trip hazards and is broken up, the wood front porch was slippery when rained on, we found a few ants wandering around inside the house and check out time would be nice to at 11 instead of 10 because we feel rushed with the check out process. We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed our stay!

Rockin' nice stay

We had a great stay at this music themed house! From the mini jukebox to the arcade game which had many retro arcade games! I tried real hard to win at Pacman, but I was not successful! The Roku TV was great as I was able to stream my favorite streaming sites! The WiFi worked well! Our host, Jessie, was extremely communicative and made sure our stay was worry free! I will return the next time that I visit my daughter and I highly recommend this property!

Perfect!

My friend and I stayed here for one night during a special visit to the Port Sanilac Historic Museum and Village. This home was very clean, and had basic supplies like handsoap, dish/laundry soap and trash bags covered. It was great not to have to worry about those items during such a quick trip. Beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of dishes to suit our needs. Easy access to the town and beach. We unexpectedly had extra time at night, and found it very comfortable to have a drink and hang out in the living room before bed. Property management was very helpful, kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend. Thank you!
