Modern Home w/ Great Amenities

This amazing modern townhome is one of my favorite places to stay. Its centrally located and sits next some great attractions that families can enjoy. You can literally walk out the front door and within walking distance are attractions such as Top Golf, AMC Cinema, Main Event as well as several great restaurants like PF Changs and Bravo right at your finger tips. The home is fully equipped and includes great WiFi for those working from home. This is the great option for a home away from home!!!

Great communication with owner. I gave him details, hopefully helping. We enjoyed our 10 day stay. The floors, kitchen countertops really hadn't been cleaned. I didn't mention it, tho, just cleaned it myself. Maybe men don't appreciate a clean floor for clean feet, so I gave latitude. Morning/afternoon rush hours were noisy with warehouse and 18 wheeler trucks, nearby train tracks. We have a sleep/white noise for those things....not our first overnight stay in vrbo or the other one:)

The house is in a great location. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The carpet is dated and dingy, the towels are just okay. The couch needed to be vacuumed. Hair and food on and in the cushions. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. It was nice to have access to the garage for parking a car.

The townhouse was great! It's well taken care of clean nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and useful. The kitchen had what we needed. We did run out of toilet paper but they brought us some immediately when I asked. I would recommend it.

The home was perfect. The teenagers were able to entertain themselves on the 2nd floor while the adults got their rest in the bedrooms on the basement floor and 3rd floor. Very convenient location to both Cincinnati Zoo and King’s Island. The property owner was very responsive and good to work with. Nice to have a garage.

My friends and I were in town for an event and this was the perfect location! The house is very cozy and quiet with great amenities. Our host was excellent and very prompt to reply to us during our stay. Highly recommend!

Nice Condo

Overall, the condo was comfortable, lots of room and well stocked with the essentials. Location was good with a variety of restaurants located nearby.Had a few minor maintenance items that were reported to host. Big negative was the condition of the carpeting which was very worn and looked filthy.

We had a group of 6 adults with us from Texas, and everyone found their stay to be comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe and close to activities we wanted to do. We never figured out the internet and TV, likely human error, but everything else was great. We would recommend this location and property for sure!

Spacious, comfy and easy to access. Beds are extremely comfortable. Close to a ton of stuff to do. Was a teeny bit messy on arrival but nothing too egregious. Would highly recommend for groups of 4.

Our second stay here and it is so comfortable! Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen and the home had everything we needed. Love how well supplied they keep all paper products too. And they don’t have a long list of items to complete for checkout which is so nice. Oh, and we loved getting the use of the garage too! We’ll be back! Thanks!

Coziest place ever !!

This was the coziest place ever and felt just like home !! It’s in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It’s was sooooo clean and smelt fresh in every room . The beds were so comfortable I was glued almost all weekend !!! The host communicated great! Thank you so much for hosting us .
