Sea Cloisters #111 Direct Oceanfront Condo

Completely updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo directly facing the beach. It is located on the first floor but elevated 1 flight which allows for beautiful views of the ocean. Within the complex, this condo is one of the "centered" oceanfront closest to the beach.

For those who want to be on the beach quickly, simply go down the back stairs and the beach walkway is right there. You don't have to hassle with the elevator but it is there if you need it. Enjoy a stroll through the beautiful landscaped grounds, over the elevated beach boardwalk and your toes are in the sand!

The condo has been specifically remodeled with you (the traveler) in mind. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The laundry is set up with a nice LG wash tower. The living room has a large flatscreen and both bedrooms also have nice tv's.
The main bedroom features a king bed, tv, ceiling fan, oceanfront balcony access and a private en suite bathroom with a new glass enclosed walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom features two queen beds, tv, ceiling fan and access to the shared bath with a full bathtub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have plenty of dresser space to unpack your belongings.

Sea Cloisters has been hosting savvy travelers for many years. I've been told that once someone finds it, they just keep coming back! It is an ocean-front private complex with a gated entrance, beautiful pool area including a kiddie pool, over the top landscaping, picnic area with charcoal grills, an elevator and nature (we've seen rabbits, butterflies and very rarely deer)! (Note - pool is only heated by the sun)
The resort is located mid-island with stores and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. There are bike trails right outside the gate and even a free trolley (from April to Labor Day) called The Breeze. I recommend going next door to Jamaica Joes beach bar and grill for a frozen drink or snack and on the weekends you can enjoy the live music from the patio.
The Westin is a nice walk down the beach where you can enjoy a martini or a Starbucks coffee.
Anyway you play it, this resort is in a great location and is sure to please.

We were happy with the place. the view was not quite as good as we hoped. I would choose a higher floor next time. But we could see the ocean from the patio. GReat location.

Perfect location

We loved our stay! Having two little ones with us, location was key and being able to simply walk out the patio to the beach was perfect. The condo was well stocked, clean, and in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great communication with management. There was some construction and roof repair/replacement, but honestly didn't bother us with much noise,etc. The beach side grounds are gorgeous and very easy access to the beach. The beach rental company was simple!! If we ever return, we will definitely return!!!

We have rented this unit twice now. We meet family here and they get a unit on the same floor, other side. Beach & pool are right here. Our oldest grandchild likes to come over for sleep-overs in our unit. Our balcony furniture was recently updated, very comfortable. We are all already planning our 2026 trip.

March 2025 Review

Condo was very clean and furniture was quite nice. Our small issue was resolved very quickly. Very private and quiet property. Since this is a first floor condo, there isn't a great view of the ocean, but it is very convenient to access all the amenities of the property. Would recommend and stay here again!

The condo was lovely. We had a wonderful stay. The last day there was a generator running on the lawn in front of the condo most of the day I understand work needs to be done, unfortunate for us though

Overall very good. Nice pool and short walk to beach. Has beach chairs and condo functional for a family of 4 adults2 fire alarms went off. On going construction and sketchy internet. Has security gate which is helpful however failed to give code for July as we were between months

Exceeded my expectations!!

Really loved our stay here. Condo was amazing and I thought better than the pictures. We slept well and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful outdoor area and steps away from the pool or beach. Will stay again. Manager of the condo was great!

Perfect Proximity to Beach!

This was my family’s first time visiting Hilton Head Island and it was important to us to have a beach side location with a nice view! The short walking distance to the beach was amazing! The entire unit was clean, updated decor, with a comfy living space and bedrooms. We also really enjoyed how easy it was to always find parking right outside the door. We will definitely be returning to this location in future years!

Literally steps from the beach!!

Loved this condo so much!! It is, by far, the best location on the beach. Seriously a 1-2 minute walk to be on the sand/in the water. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Second bedroom & bathroom is pretty tight for 4 people, but we made it work. Will definitely be back!!

The place was great! Clean, neat and nicely decorated. The walk to the beach was easy. My one suggestion for the owner to make extra convenient for her guest, is to have a beach umbrella to go along with the beach chairs provided. Definitely recommend.

Great Stay at Folly Field Beach

Overall we had a very nice stay at this condo. The location can’t be beat if you have young children with lots of beach stuff. You can leave all of your stuff outside on the ground rather than having to take up the elevator and through your room every time. The pool is also very nice and right outside. Short walk to the beach via the boardwalk. Sea Cloisters was a great location, overall very quiet and a great place to enjoy Hilton Head.

I have been going to HHI 2 or 3 times a year for 25 yrs. Folly Field is my favorite location. This property was the perfect location for access to pool and beach. I do not normally stay on first floor in any property in Hilton Head because I can’t see the ocean. This unit provided both and the fact that it had access from the balcony to get to pool and beach. No elevator needed. Property manager was very accessible when I had a question. The furniture was very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Flooring and kitchen could be updated but it functioned for us perfectly. I have a four old grandson and lots of toys for beach and pool. The easy access to pool and beach was a definitely appreciated. Being able to walk next door to Jamaica Joes for a frozen drink was appreciated and Nala’s restaurant at the end of the road was a plus!

Better than expected!

This is a great condo! Everything was extremely clean and it was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The pool and beach were very easily accessible. The condo complex was very family friendly, but also surprisingly quiet. I made a mistake in booking dates and the property manager was easy to get a hold of and quickly resolved my issue. I would definitely return!
