Bienvenido a casa: esta hermosa y cómoda villa en el último piso tiene una vista impresionante del océano desde todas las ventanas y balcones. Vea a sus hijos en la piscina o vea delfines nadando en el océano. El acceso a la piscina o la playa es muy fácil, ¡SIN PASOS! Baje el ascensor y disfrute de la nueva rampa a la playa ... hace que sea muy fácil llevar carros / bicicletas / sillas de ruedas.

El balcón de la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal es el lugar perfecto para tomar un café o un cóctel por la tarde.

Hay otro balcón ubicado en el segundo dormitorio con mesa y sillas para 8 personas.

La sala de estar tiene un enorme y cómodo sofá seccional con 2 sillas adicionales, un lugar de entretenimiento perfecto. Si estás cansado de nadar, caminar, andar en bicicleta, jugar al golf, hacer kayak, jugar al tenis o jugar al pickle ... y simplemente quieres descansar, disfruta del HDTV 4K inteligente de 65 "(hemos incluido Netflix).

La cocina incluye una gran despensa sobre la lavadora y secadora. Tenemos una olla de barro, Keurig (también está disponible una cafetera normal) y cada olla / sartén / utensilio que podamos imaginar para cocinar allí, es una tarea fácil.

Hay una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal con una cubierta de espuma de 3 pulgadas para una maravillosa noche de descanso. Se incluye una gran bañera de remojo, un inodoro con un sembrador separado. Dos camas queen están en el segundo dormitorio, también con bañera y ducha separadas. Hay dos televisores disponibles en la cómoda si sus hijos quieren jugar en los días de lluvia.

Ambas cubiertas tienen vistas al océano: cada cubierta tiene amplios asientos y mesas para cenar afuera.

Perfect for a Family

Stayed at this property with our chimsren and my parents, 6 of us and plent of room. Wonderful view and easy walk to beach. Would definitely stay again.

We found the listing to be very accurate when we arrived at the rental unit. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were nice and overall the kitchen amenities were nice. The elevator was very close and the views from the deck were amazing.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Condo was just as pictures described and was well stocked with everything we needed. View from terraces was lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the ocean at night. Perfect location in Palmetto Dunes. We had a few questions before our arrival and property manager was helpful and always prompt with a response. We would absolutely stay again at this property in the future.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The condo we rented was perfect. It was decorated so great…the beds were the most comfortable beds ever. But there was nothing better than the view. We had dinner each night out on the patio overlooking the ocean. Everything about the condo was awesome and you can’t beat the location.

July stay at 1503 Villamare

Our vacation at 1503 was fantastic! Communication with the owner was fast and thorough and the place was decorated beautifully. Bathrooms were a bit outdated, but it’s shown in the pictures so there were no surprises. They have taken great care with the living spaces. Would love to rent here again!!

Great location! Check-in was a breeze! Nice view; the beach access and pool were a close walk. Our condo unit was clean and well stocked. The only thing that could have worked better was the WiFi/internet connection. We frequently had to reset because the tv screen would disconnect and spend a lot of time trying to reconnect. It did not matter what app we were attempting to watch something on. Could be a simple fix, maybe just needs a new router box though?

Great getaway

The condo is fantastic -view of the ocean from both bedroom (both have balconies too) and the living room, comfy beds and furniture. Plenty of space for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). We were pleasantly surprised to find a collection of board games for some out of the sun entertainment. From the elevators it’s a quick walk around the pool down to the beach. Complex is conveniently located and condo itself is close to the beach. The owners were great with their communication and instructions! We would definitely stay again!

Ideal location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, primarily due to its ideal location. The view from the condo is great and access to the beach is so easy. The condo was spacious and the kitchen well furnished. The mattress was great and the bathtub was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Excellent location and views of ocean. Just sitting on the balcony is great. There is a small supply of paper towel, toiletries and cleaning supplies to get things started. Much appreciated. Owner kind enough to allow us to use beach chairs which were in good condition. We took special care to clean up and return in good condition. Second time for this condo and hope to return next year!

No surprises

As the title would indicate property and amenities were as described. Which at the end of the day is the most important aspect of renting at place sight unseen. Would for sure rent this property again and recommend to anybody

A Perfect Family Beach Location

We had stayed at a unit at Villamare before but opted for this unit because it had a better view. Everything was exactly as the listing described and even a little better, as some amenities had been added since the listing was written. The unit was comfortable for our family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners reached out to us promptly and responded quickly to our emailed questions. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The Villamare complex is quiet, which is exactly what we wanted, but had plenty to keep our teenagers busy. The unit has a nice ocean view and allows you to see the pool. We'd gladly stay at this unit again.

Updates needed

We love the location of Villamere in HH. Have stayed several times here. The property is well kept but dated. Elevators are SLOW and only 1 per building. Every condo has its owns decor. Ours needed updates in the bathrooms and living room furniture. All screens to balconies were in poor repair. There are way to many mirrors and tubs right in the bedroom. No privacy! We love Hilton Head so none of this affected our vacation but want something more updated. People are wonderful and restaurants are extraordinary. The beach is the best!!! Low tide on the beach can take you anywhere. If not a bike path will… I ❤️HH

Great week!

Wonderful family vacation! Many fun activities close to condo. Owner’s communication was quick and responsive. Strict rule of 16 and older at the villamare workout room which we did not know/expect… we had 2 teenagers who could use the facility (16, 17)and 2 who could not (13, 15). They all love to workout together on vacations each day so wish we had known before. Fun week and great area.
