The Port St. Lucie Pool House

Come stay at the Port St. Lucie Pool House and experience what it means to be “on Florida time". This 3 bedroom, 2 bath getaway is a 5-10 minute drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions, while residing in a in a quiet residential neighborhood. The beach is only a 20-minute drive!
The space
Each bedroom is equipped with a 40-inch Smart TV, that allows for easy syncing to your favorite applications and shows, queen beds, premium bedding and towels, and black-out-blinds so you can enjoy the comforts of your room at any time of day. The master bedroom has an on suite bathroom and there are 2 new self-inflating full mattresses available for additional guests staying the night.

The newly remodeled kitchen offers all new appliances, flooring, and counter tops. It is stocked with any cooking utensil you can think of, as well as complimentary coffee and other goodies. Additionally, it features a pass-through window to the pool area for the ultimate entertaining experience.
The living room features a 70-inch Samsung Smart TV, as well as a remote-controlled LED changing fireplace that is perfect for family movie nights or weekday relaxation. The three-seat couch, two luxurious armchairs, and extra comfy faux fur blankets, will ensure guests have the most comfortable experience possible.

The Dining room presents a solid oak table that can seat 4, or extend, to seat additional guests, stylish chairs, and a bar cart. This space is perfect for dining, entertainment, or family games!

The pool area is the highlight of the Port St. Lucie Pool House experience.
The sliding doors that lead from the dining room to the pool, slide completely across, providing an open space concept. There is a bar on the other side of the kitchen pass-through window, a large grill, string lights, plenty of lounging furniture, an outdoor shower, as well as a door that directly connects to the second bathroom, so you don’t have to pass through the house. Outside also features a huge lanai, backyard, screen enclosure, and bug light so that you can enjoy the pleasures of outside, without having to worry about any pesky bugs.

The laundry room contains brand new washer and drier appliances as well as new air conditioning and heating systems for the home. Connected, is a large garage containing an additional fridge/freezer and is a great place for additional parking/ storage.

All kids should be supervised at all times with adult accompaniment. Please use caution walking around pool and refrain from bringing glass outdoors.
• Furniture including but not limited to beds and dressers are not fixated to the walls. Please use caution, especially when children are near.
• The extension of the pool is not a hot tub, rather it is a lounging pool that can be used for both kids and adults who want.
• There is a security camera system in the front, side, and back of the house pool area (all located outdoors and Airbnb approved) to ensure our guests are as safe as possible.
