This 1500-square-foot farmhouse, originally built in 1947, is located just minutes from Downtown Dickson, Greystone Golf Club, and Montgomery Bell State Park is the perfect getaway for you or the entire family!

When you arrive for your stay and enter the kitchen, you will immediately find all the appliances, cookware, dishware, and utensils you need to prepare a memorable homemade meal. A Keurig and drip coffee maker are provided along with coffee and other coffee essentials. You and your guests can take advantage of the spacious accommodations and enjoy your meal at the custom farm table and hand-made live-edge cedar breakfast bar! These areas are great locations to plug in your laptop should you need to be connected during your stay. The house is equipped with high-speed internet to keep you and your devices connected.

The living and sitting rooms offer plenty of space to relax, play games, watch a movie, or catch the big game on the new 65" Smart TV!

Numerous sleeping options are provided between the 3 bedrooms furnished with a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. New mattresses and soft bedding await to help ensure you get a great night's sleep. Everything you sit on or sleep in is brand new to the home!

The bathroom will be fully stocked with fresh bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hairdryer to make your stay as convenient as possible. Laundry is also located inside the home. We simply ask our guests bring their own laundry detergent. We will also provide a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels for your convenience.

Just up the hill behind the house, you will find the beautifully designed fire pit illuminated with dreamy string lighting. This is our favorite spot to take in the breathtaking sunsets you can witness while on the farm. Starter wood is provided and located in the barn right next to the fire pit.

Also outside, a two-car carport provides easy access to the house. The flat, manicured front and back lawn are wonderful areas for the family and children to get out and play!

Our family farm is next door, and we host this property as a family as well. We are close by should you need anything and hope you enjoy the area as much as we do.
