- Please note that the hot tub and pool takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.

- 4WD may be necessary for the winter months.

- Guests will be responsible for bringing their own charcoal & firewood.

- Guests are responsible for providing linens for the Pack-n-play.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and spacious. We were able to see a couple of bear cubs which made the trip fun and exciting. We will be coming back again. This house has everything you will need to keep the family busy and relaxed.

Best hosts I have ever had using a rental platform. House is as beautiful as pictured. Location is remote enough yet still convenient to everything. Take the bear warnings seriously, one hopped in the back of our trunk when we were packing up the SUV.

Beautiful home

We had an amazing stay. The home is beautiful, with so much to offer. We enjoyed the indoor pool and theater room the most. Very clean and spacious.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful View

This is a relatively new property with a gorgeous view. The place is very clean, filled with amenities, fully stocked, and extremely comfortable. Everything was great, from the pool to the location to the furniture. All of our guests had a great time and there was plenty for everyone to do. I personally especially liked the fire pit! I highly recommend this property!

Arizona visits Tennessee

The place was great, I had some first timers to (Tennessee) with me. The couple was amazed how pretty the area was. Loved the fall weather and enjoyed the beautiful rental. Everything was approximately 20 mins away. The little stores in between were nice as well. They are coming back, the atmosphere and the kindness of the locals won them over.

Loved everything about it

Location was perfect. Very easy to find. Very clean and open property. The hosts communicated very fast and professionally. There was not anything I could say as an opportunity for improvement because it was peaceful. The town was soooo friendly and genuinely welcoming. We are definitely coming back. 10/10

Quick vacation

Overall it was great. House was perfect. Clean great amenities. No complaints would recommend to any family or couple. Only thing that I did not notice was I thought all bedrooms had their own bathrooms, as a lot of homes are being built that way and from the pictures I thought that was the case. Unfortunately you share bathrooms with bedroom next door. Master is only room that had it own bathroom. Good news is did not effect us as we only needed 4 out of the 5 rooms.

Close to the mountains

The house was beautiful with lots to do. The bedrooms were good size, plenty of bathrooms. The pool was amazing, my kids loved it. The theater room seats were so comfortable. We also enjoyed the fire pit. My only suggestions would be more towels and new baking pans. Other than that, great stay! We loved the mountains! I have recommended this property to friends.

Great Getaway

I absolutely loved my stay here. I loved how spacious it was and the kitchen was amazing. Host was very friendly and easy to contact. We ended up extending our stay a day which was awesome that we had that option. What would have been our last night we saw a bear while sitting in the back deck. It has an amazing view and was very peaceful. I would definitely book again.

Absolutely PERFECT

This cabin is amazing. My husband and I, plus our 3 adult children, 2 grandchildren, son-in-law and my Nephew and his girlfriend all stayed and had more than enough room. The layout of the Cabin is perfect with an open Kitchen/living room area. It has a HUGE table where we all sat and played cards. Everything was very Clean and the beds were comfy. The grandkids loved the pool, although it is pretty toasty in that room, so we took turns supervising. We were pretty bummed we didn't see any bears, but it is still pretty early in the spring for that I guess. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Great stay for family Thanksgiving

The property is just as beautiful as the photos. Everything is as pictured and described. Brian was so responsive and helpful. We reached out to him a few time and he always got back to us within an hour (both prior to stay and during)! Would definitely rent this property again!

Me and my fiancée (now wife) absolutely loved this cabin! It was very welcoming, and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The location and commute to town was perfect. We really enjoyed the scenic drive as well. Everything was amazing! From the views, bear sightings, hot tub, private pool, and game room! We really had an awesome time!! We've stayed at many cabins from The Carolinas to Tennessee and this by far our favorite. We got engaged in Asheville over a year ago and since we were having such a great time we decided to get married right here in the heart of The Smoky Mountains on 9‐23‐23!! The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating when we reached out to extend our stay. We will definitely be back and can't wait to plan our next trip to Soar'n Eagle!

Bears of the moring

It’s a beautiful layer out cabin, we had bears every Morning and evening, the kids and grand kids loved the pool and the pool table it was amazing, with all the privacy, and the owners are super friendly and will take care of any problems super quick I give it ten stars and will stay again!!

Amazing Views

The house was exactly as pictured, with more than enough room for everyone. Everything was very clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. Seen a few bears almost everyday. Great vacation spot to relax. Looking forward to retuning again in the future.

Highly recommend

This place exceeded our expectations! I am so happy (after weeks of searching) that I decided to book this home for our girls trip. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing. Fully stocked with anything you could think of. Not only were the views great, we saw multiple bears each day of our stay! The host was extremely quick to respond with any questions the entire time.. before and during the trip. We had 10 guests total that slept comfortably with room (and bathrooms) to spare. The entire place was clean including the hot tub and pool. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Bears-Oh My!

Very nice place to stay. The grand kids thought the curvy roads and steep inclines were great adventures each time we drove in or out. Bears traveled through at least once a day sometimes more.
