We locals call the Hammack Beach Barier Island "Paradise". Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo located in the Hammock Beach Resorts. Facing the Ocean and overlooking the eighth tee the of the Jack Nicolas Ocean Course. One of kind artworks abound the large living area, with 2 Master Suites, a 3rd bedroom sleeps 4, A guarmet kitchen. Large dining room and Kitchen nook. Walkways provide beach access, heated outdoor swimming pools, Kids pool. with clubhouse, seasonal cafe reserve Paradise!
You must be 25 yrs old to rent. Pets only dogs under 25 lbs

Last minute getaway

The condo is beautiful and beautifully furnished! It is much larger than the picture shows. Very roomy and plenty of room for family and children to enjoy.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo! We were in Palm Coast for a Lacrosse tournament so we didn’t get to enjoy many of the amenities at the resort but the condo was beautiful. The beds were all so comfortable, the towels were plentiful and great, the kitchen was extremely well stocked as were the bathrooms with hand and body soap as well as shampoo and conditioner. We did manage to make it down to the beach which was very easily accessible. The check in process wasseamless and the information provided by the owners was so helpful. We will definitely be back and book this condo again!

Fun family trip!

This property was so beautiful! It was extremely clean, and everything we could possibly need was provided. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was spacious and at most times had a really wonderful breeze flowing through. We enjoyed watching the golfers at the golf course from the balcony. The kitchen was completely stocked — there were even four different kinds of coffee makers! We appreciated the umbrella and the five beach chairs that the owner provided. We brought our own beach awning, too, but also having the umbrella was extra nice. If you have small children with you, be aware that it is a decently long trek to the pool (it was extremely hot while we were there, so I’m sure that the temps made that walk seem longer). We chose to drive and park at the pool; it was hard finding parking spaces in the afternoons. Also, be aware that while we were there, no outside drinks or food were allowed at the pool from 11 to 5. The only option was to buy food/drinks from the grill ($16 for a hamburger). No problem if you plan for that ahead of time, and it may have been in the paperwork and we just didn’t see it. The water at the beach is a little hard to access because at this section of the beach, there are boulders along the water’s edge. Our grandkids enjoyed playing at the rocks, but it is definitely not a beach for boogie-boarding. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. And again, their home was incredibly beautiful and clean.

Thank you for your kind words. When Jennifer and I were at the condo in May she purchased new linens, cookware and a couple additional kitchen appliances including an air fryer. The rocks along the edge of the beach you mentioned in your review were pushed in during last years two hurricanes. Starting July 15 the state of Florida and Flagler county will be replenishing the dunes and repairing the beach with new sand and dune grasses. Once completed in mid August the beach will begin the regenerating and will look more beautiful than it does today! We are so blessed to live here in Paradise!

By far one of the best VRBO's that we have used, place was beyond description. So many nice restaurants close by. Easy to jump on A1A and head to St. Augustine.

Palm coast vacation

We had an excellent stay! Would Deff stay again! Property was as portrayed and very spacious and clean! Awesome deck for morning coffee and we loved that our dogs were able to come with us! Only down side was the rocks on the beach for small children but that has nothing to do with condo or property!

Fantastic stay

Had an incredible stay at this beautiful, spacious, 3 bedroom condo. A perfect view of the golf course, with walking access to pools and beach. Property was perfectly decorated, with 3 large screen TVs to keep everyone happy at night. Furniture, bedding and decor was done in an excellent style. Check in process with management company couldn’t have been easier and was all done through an Ap. Will be back for sure.
