6 of us stayed there for our yearly girls trip. The place accommodations were great. Very ckean and perfect size for us. The veiw from the balcony is breathtaking

Great condo, amazing view

Really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very nice, clean, comfortable, and an amazing view of the golf course for people watching, also a great view of the ocean! Very relaxing. Great pool and beach area just a short walk away.

Great stay at Cinnamon Beach

Property was beautiful and clean. 5th floor view of golf hole and ocean was stunning. Facilities were great - pools and weight room, grill and clubhouse.

Our visit was fantastic! We loved the property and the closeness to great restaurants and St Augustine. The pools and ocean were perfect. The condo itself was very well kept and nicely furnished. We will be back when we can.

Clean with partial ocean view

Condo was very clean with a nice side view of ocean. Easily accessible by beach walk which is very close. The furniture could use a major update - master bed was horrible and sunk in middle. Other bed was hard. You must bring all toiletries; only cheap small bar soap furnished. We were only there a weekend so these didn’t matter too much. Had we been there a week, the beds and couch would have been an issue. But it was clean, which is huge to me. Would definitely use the company again just not necessarily this specific condo.

Comfortable & Very Spacious Condo for family vacation

The building this condo unit is in, is not directly adjacent to the beach, but it does have a lovely view of the ocean from the patio. It is one building offset from the beach, and faces overlooks the golf course towards the ocean. If you click thru various Cinnamon Beach rental properties, you should find an aerial photo of all the condo buildings, this unit #352 is in building 400. It is confusing, as the units are numbered 100 lower than the building address (i.e, bldg 600 contains all the #500 units).The entire community is well-maintained, as is this unit. It's a short walk to the beach across a parking lot and between two other condo buildings. The walk to the pools is about two city blocks. The pools are amazing. One pool is incredibly young child friendly, with a baby pool, a kids water play area, and a larger pool which is gently graded so you slowly increase in depth like you would at the beach. The other pool is the "quiet pool". Both pools offer a hot tub area. My only complaint about the pools is the hours. Both pools closed at 9 pm.The beach along this area isn't the greatest for swimming. A short distance out, you encounter rocks, which can only be seen when the tide is out. There is about a 50 ft stretch of beach, right in front of the community's pool access to the beach, where there didn't appear to be rocks to get banged up on.Safety was not a concern. There is a guard at the entrance to the entire neighborhood area, and then the condo complex was additionally gated.The downside was the area is somewhat "sterile"... which might be desirable for some people. The condo complex doesn't have alot of character. And when you leave the area, it seems to be mostly big box chain stores. It is not far from St. Augustine, or Ormond Beach or Daytona... for interesting day trips.

Great place!

The property was great. The view was beautiful and the neighborhood was very family friendly. The only thing I noticed were some basic cosmetic issues. Writing and marks on the walls and the blinds on the sliding doors don’t work great. Other than that everything was great!

Details Matter

There were details that make a stay more enjoyable that weren't called out enough when booking. Didn't realize no shampoo was provided, no facial tissue provided, just one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided, no dish rag to rinse or wash dishes. The bedrooms didn't have garbage cans, no luggage racks in bedrooms to hold suit cases off the floor, and the sliding doors to the balcony were extremely difficult to open and close and there were no screens available. Overall the we had a good time, and the condo met our needs, but fixing some of these small issues would make a better impression and each stay more enjoyable.

Not so good

Elevator was down upon arrival. Understand not the owners fault but was inconvenient to carry items up 5 flights of stairs. Air condition would not go below 75 and ice maker was broken. Unit run down with multiple issues that added up. Several communications to property manager at beginning of stay. Was offered to change units but never heard back from property manager after we viewed the unit. Air condition was fixed on the 3rd day. Was told appliance vendor would be out to fix ice maker but no one ever showed up. They did replace the can opener and knife set. Highlight of the unit was the balcony that over looked the golf course and the beach. It was beautiful. Communicated dissatisfaction with the value of the property but received no response. Very disappointing as this was the first trip we have been able to take in awhile. Absolutely did not get what we paid for. Would not recommend.
