This spacious smoke-free two bedroom, two bath condo is perfectly situated in the popular, upscale area of Amapas, just steps away from Zona Romantica (Old Town), and the popular Los Muertos Beach. The condo is located close enough to the abundance of refined commercial establishments such as restaurants, art galleries, and coffee shops as well as shopping, great nightlife and other attractions, without being in the crowded and hectic center of the tourist areas.
With over 1700 square feet of space, the Mexican-style architecture of this condo features many outdoor spaces surrounding the main living area, with a large exclusive wrap-around terrace for relaxing and dining and open-air balconies off of each bedroom. Each bedroom features a spacious, updated bathroom each with a large shower. The expansive views through the wood and glass folding doors that abound in the unit can also be enjoyed when fully opened to create one large, open living space to enjoy the beautiful hilltop views of Banderas Bay and bring in the cool ocean breezes. The condo is also equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room.
Located just three steps down from the street level of the Villas Loma Linda main entrance, the unit has quick access to all of the sights and experiences of PVR, and it is tucked back far enough to provide a respite from the crowds in the center of town with the ability to enjoy peaceful evenings. Gated with secure access, the unit is fully equipped with all the amenities needed to enjoy a carefree vacation. Among these are: complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, maid service, beach/pool towels, smart TV, a full kitchen with all utensils and appliances, filtered ice and water, washer/dryer, all towels & linens, soaps and a gas BBQ on the terrace overlooking the ocean.
The famous Los Muertos beach is a short 8-minute walk or a ~$2 USD ride. Enjoy the two heated and pristine pools on property (the large main pool with sun deck, covered palapa, outdoor shower, bathroom, tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs and other amenities as well as a smaller, rooftop plunge pool - perfect for amazing and expansive views of the gorgeous Puerto Vallarta sunsets over Bandaras Bay).

An incredible find! Definitely a jewel of Vallarta with everything that is promised. Some covers do smell of mold due to the humidity but the place fortunately comes with AC. The location is very cozy and well prepared for the ventures, with an attentive and kind host.

I very mush enjoyed our stay at the "Casa de los Quatros Fabulosos!" The condo is super convenient to access from the entrance to the building, which can be a challenge in a building built into the mountainside and its location make it a breeze to get to and from Zona Romantica and beyond. It has an easy-flowing layout with a great view of the beaches, pier, the whole bay and beyond. There's interesting artwork with a local theme in every room, the beds are luxuriously comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen are modern with cultural appropriateness, well appointed with everything you may need and taken care of meticulously by the friendly housekeeper. The property manager is very responsive, easy going and super helpful. The complex of the building is also well taken care of, unique and exuding with local charm. I can't say enough great things about our stay there and will definitely hope its available the next opportunity we have to visit PV.

Family trip to PV

We were blown away with the beauty of it all.Puerto Vallarta has always been a family favorite and trips over to Yelapa for add experience.The house was warm and inviting, easy check in and very safe. We walked the town, enjoyed the house and slept like babies.Happy to come visit again

Lovely condo with an amazing view!

We stayed at this absolutely beautiful condo for 2 weeks in February. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable and the view from the large balcony was stunning. Showers were great, lots of hot water. The complex itself is very well kept. The pools are clean and warm. Sylvia and staff were very responsive to all of our needs.Lovely holiday and we not hesitate to return again next year!

Complete Condo

We have traveled extensively and stayed in many properties. The previous reviews have summarized the condo accurately; a hike up the hill to an amazing view and pool. What I was struck by was the depth of support items and amenities in the unit. I always travel with extra laundry detergent and chip clips - this was the first time our preparation wasn't needed. Los Cuatros Fabulosos have thought of literally everything. My wife and daughters loved the pools and playing cards on the deck. I loved reading while watching the sun rise, and walking to Monchi's Husband Daycare Bar and La Bodeguita del Medio salsa club. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous villa, location and hosts

We spent 11 nights over the Xmas holiday in this very clean and well appointed villa. One of the nicest places we have ever rented. Communication was amazingly fast and thorough from start to finish. Check in and out was seamless. The villa itself has everything you need and the large size and lay out worked very well for us two couples. Cleaners come every three days. We loved the large covered outdoor space and amazing view. We loved how the walls of glass doors opened up to the whole outdoors. The pools are beautiful and at perfect temperatures. Best of all, in just a 3-14 min walk, we could be at the beach or any restaurant, bar, shop or gallery in the entire Romantic Zone! The walk back is a bit uphill but we never needed an Uber (we ate so much that we looked forward to the bit of exercise).While there is nearby construction going on that impacted our stay for a few days, the kind owners were very responsive to the issue. We would most definitely want to come back here for our next visit to PV.

Wonderful Visit to PV

The Villas Loma Linda property was spacious and comfortable. The big pool on the property was wonderful - we were the only ones there! Excellent internet and comfortable furniture. The covered patio was another bonus with a beautiful view of the Bay. The area is very quiet, even though the property is situated above a busy road. No trouble sleeping at all. While getting up/down to/from the beach and the Romantic Zone was quick, the 150 steps were too much for seniors like us. We ended up using Uber to go everywhere - very cheap and very reliable. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

A true gem in this amazing area of Puerto Vallarta

This apartment is beautiful, spacious, well appointed with many modern updates. The renovations have been done in keeping with the traditional Mexican charm . Everything you need is included for a comfortable stay . We were here for a month immensely enjoying the apartment, covered deck with the fantastic view during the day and watching the stunning sunsets in the evenings. The property itself is clean, well maintained and the pools are a welcome respite from hectic days out. The complex is on the hill off of the highway leading south out of town expect some traffic noise. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the deck all day or keeping our windows and doors open all night. A great experience overall, the property management is excellent with a wonderful cleaning team. Highly recommend, have been coming to this specific complex for decades this rental is a true gem, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful, with an exceptional view. The property manager met us when we arrived and explained how everything worked. The house was fully stocked, we didn't need anything. The only complaint was the noise from the road below, but that's Mexico. We would definitely stay there again.

The best spot in zona Romanitca

We loved our stay here. The space itself is modern, super clean, secure and laid out perfectly for us. The view from the patio is beautiful. We were close enough to be in the action within minutes, but far enough to enjoy quiet as well. The pool area is quite nice, lots of loungers. Sylvia made the checkin process incredible. She recommended a local Mexican fave for dinner and because of that found an area of town we probably wouldn’t have found on our own. Forever thankful for her! Great restaurants were within a 5 min walk. The beach is directly down and also about a 5 min walk down some stairs & across a few streets. Something just to note: the property is built up a hill. Walking, stairs and elevation will be a big part of your time here. We loved it. Got the heart rate going! We would 100% stay here again without a hesitation!

Fantastic stay in PV!

The property is clean, family friendly and a great location. We were a group of 6, ages 7-69. The location is on a very steep hill which it a little difficult for some of us to climb back up, but it offered a stunning view of the bay and PV. We stayed over New Years and were able to see at least 20 different fireworks shows from the patio! The condo was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Sylvia and Martha were also great and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to PV.

Great location and views from patio. Clean, has everything you might need! Very well appointed and comfortable. There was loud construction on a new condo building next door that started at 7 am until 5 pm,but there is a lot of construction all around Puerto Vallarta, hard to avoid. I would stay there again.

Since then we have been looking for the perfect vacation home where we could visit and also share with others who also enjoy the beauty of PVR. This amazing unit hit the mark for us!

We fell in love with the views and expansive outdoor terrace space of this unit. The location is just outside of the hectic center of town, providing a peaceful get away with amazing views. The authentic Mexican charm that comes with an established building that was designed when spaciousness and huge balconies were the norm for PV!
