Casa Uno es un espacioso (aproximadamente 2,200 pies cuadrados.) Condominio ubicado aa seis edificio unidad ubicada en la calle Amapas y es un refugio muy bien amueblado que hará de su estancia en Puerto Vallarta una ocasión memorable. Fácil acceso a la playa - a unos 300 pies hasta las escaleras a la playa / Blue Chairs de puerta trasera de la Casa Uno. Diseñado en un estilo español maravillosamente cálido, sus habitaciones tienen pisos de cerámica, arcos y trabajo de hierro que se mezclan México romántica tradicional, con muchas comodidades modernas. Este entorno tranquilo ofrece la privacidad que harán de su escape completo todavía está a una corta distancia a pie de las playas, restaurantes, tiendas, baile, Los Blue Chairs y otras actividades importantes. Casa Uno está totalmente equipada para su relajación y disfrute y se encuentra en un sistema de agua purificada en toda la unidad.
Sólo hay un condominio por piso y la Casa Uno es la primera planta sobre el suelo de servicio a nivel de la calle y el suelo cercano a los pasos de la playa.
Hay dos grandes dormitorios en suite, cada una con baño privado y terraza. En mayo de 2015, un dormitorio con una cama king y otro dormitorio con 2 camas queen, grandes armarios, y total privacidad para usted y sus compañeros de viaje. Las amplias zonas de estar y comedor que dan mucho espacio para la comodidad y el entretenimiento con un baño completo para los invitados separados de los dormitorios. La cocina y el comedor está totalmente equipada con las comodidades modernas que cabría esperar en un hogar moderno. Servicio de limpieza seis días a la semana (días de fiesta exceptuados) para la casa general de los deberes de conservación.

Noche en la piscina de la azotea será recompensado con espectaculares puestas de sol con vistas a la tranquila bahía y la playa. Además la azotea cuenta con un área para el entretenimiento con un baño para uso de los huéspedes. CASA UNO ayudará a hacer su visita a Puerto Vallarta el paraíso de vacaciones de sus sueños y le proporcionará la comodidad del hogar, junto con la comodidad de estar cerca del corazón de Puerto Vallarta. Great Location & Great Host

Really enjoyed our time here. It is short walk to the best beaches in PV and to all that the town has to offer. Definitely plan to visit here again. Roger was a fantastic host as well. Thanks!

Fantastic condo in great location

This was our first time visiting PV and we are so happy we were able to stay here. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic - steps to the stairs to the beach and a short walk to many shops/restaurants. We hope to stay here when we visit PV next!

Wonderful spot in PV

We loved Jeffrey's place. Just outside downtown PV. Easy to catch a taxi and go anywhere. The beach just below the apartment was lovely. The apartment was clean and wonderfully laid out. We'd happily stay again.

Fabulous spot

We had a wonderful stay. The location was close to the beach and old town. We walked everywhere on those beautiful rough cobblestone streets. The condo was on the bottom floor and the 7th floor had a nice pool and area to play cards in the sun/shade. It’s a staircase up but we love walking. The condo was Mexican in decor and had a couple of lovely tiled showers. The manager lived in the condo complex and was extremely helpful and an absolutely delightful man. We look forward to going back.

The location was great. Close to everything in Old Town. The rooftop pool offered incredible views, the stairs to the pool were a bit much, but did not deter us. The condo worked perfectly for us & would return. N

Amazing!!

We were very happy with Casa Uno! It’s was close enough to everything we wanted to do but far enough away to be quiet. It’s close to the beach and great restaraunts. It very easily fit the 4 of us that were there. It was a little close to the major highway that runs through, but we were never once woken by any sounds from it. I would definitely stay there again.

Exactly what we needed for our PV week long vacation

This place is in a great location for walking to the beach or downtown to restaurants/bars. Also amazing that they have a maid that comes and cleans up in addition to providing fresh towels/linens. We had plenty of space for the five of us and loved the views from the rooftop. Only downside is that it can be loud at night from the traffic/construction but that is to be expected with the location! We had a super fun vacation eating, drinking and lounging on the beach!

Great condo for 2 couples!

This was our second time here. It’s a very comfortable place to stay with lots of room. There are only 6 units, so we often had the rooftop pool to ourselves. The hike from town up to the condo could be challenging, if you’ve not physically fit. Plus the pool is on the roof top, seven flights of stairs. But we love it! Would stay again!

Celebrating a 75 birthday

This was the perfect place for four adults to relax and enjoy a holiday celebration as a group. The spacious layout of two large bedrooms each with an ensuite was a luxury. The location was within walking distance to many of our favourite restaurants. We walked everywhere and the couple of times we opted to take a taxi back they were easy to flag down and reasonable. The building manager was available and helpful if we had questions.

Clean, spacious and good location

Although showing its age, this was a clean and comfortable place to stay. It is quite large, and is walking distance to shopping and some good restaurants. (Fusion Gourmet is very good and close to the unit.) Though we did not cook, it was nice to have the fridge for drinks and snacks. It is not good for people who have mobility issues. Overall, we had a nice time and would stay here again.

Rooftop pool was a huge hit!

We rented this stay at the last minute and our host was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed! We were so grateful to find such an amazing property, so close to the beach, restaurants and everything you want or need. The property managers Roger and Lupita were amazing, friendly, helpful, both spoke English, which was fantastic because we are just beginning Spanish lessons. Nothing was lost in translation. They really made us feel at home. Super comfy beds, washer and dryer, kitchen was well stocked. We would have booked our entire stay in PV at this wonderful home if it had been available for the dates we needed. The rooftop pool was a huge hit with our 14 and 7 year olds. They ended up preferring it to the beach! We would most definitely rent it again! Thank you, thank you for making our first trip to PV such a great experience! - Mariah and Alex

ALL KINDS OF AWESOME!

My friends and I rented this condo for a week and couldn't have been happier with it. The space was huge, unique and exactly what we needed! The only problem with it was that the beds were way to comfortable lol. By far the most comfy bed I've ever slept in, it made it hard to get up!! A very pleasant surprise.. The rooftop patio was also a highlight for us. Not once did we see anyone else up there that wasn't part our party. It was like our own private rooftop oasis with spectacular views! The location was also perfect and Jeffrey was a pleasure to deal with. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home in PV!!

Great location, but some highway noise

The place is wonderful. Spacious and inviting. The rooftop pool area was very inviting. Lots of room to relax without getting in each other's way. Walking distance to everything we needed. Roger handled the check in very well and was a great source of local information. The only issue was that the building is close to the highway at the top of the hill. We fell asleep to the sounds of waves, but about 7 am there was noise from trucks on the highway above. My partner slept through it just fine, but I'm more sensitive to noise so it woke me up most mornings. Closing the patio doors to the bedroom quieted it enough to get back to sleep. Our friend in the other bedroom noted the same issue. I would highly recommend this place.

Quiet and comfortable!

This was a perfect place for 2 couple for 2 weeks! The big bedrooms each had their own bathroom, huge closets, and screened in balcony (my favorite spot for morning coffee). Even though the ocean is a few blocks away, we could hear the surf at night. The kitchen and living areas were very comfortable. We loved the small rooftop pool! It was the perfect place to float and read, with a nice shady spot to get out of the sun. Keep in mind that it’s up 6 flights of stairs! It’s a short walk to restaurants and shops, but it helps to be fit because of the hills and cobblestones. Taxis are cheap and readily available, if needed. Thank you, Jeffrey, for sharing your property with us! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Roger greeted us and showed us around, Feliz was so sweet and it was a pleasure seeing her when she came to clean! We truly enjoyed our stay in our favorite area of town!

El Macuaz

Unit is very spacious and well located for Vallarta, especially the southern Zona Romantica. We had originally planned to have another couple visit, but fortunately they had to cancel as the second bedroom is somewhat dungeon-like. It worked well for a remote office, I only lost internet connection a few times during the three weeks we were there. The rooftop pool is very small and doesn’t get much use. We never saw anyone else there during our stay. The building is right against the highway. The noise did not generally bother us much, but it was impossible to keep the floors clean with all the dust coming in. We had to wash our feet multiple times a day, even after the 3x per week cleanings.

Great location

It’s up the hill but a perfect location in the romantic zone. This unit does not have AC though thankfully we didn’t need it during our stay as the ceiling fans were sufficient to cool us down in the evenings. (Ceiling fan in bedroom is noisy so we didn’t use, we used a different fan). Kitchen has everything you would need and then some! Only thing missing is a teapot/kettle. We were happy to see that the mosquito nets are no longer above the beds as shown in photos (also not needed during our stay as we didn’t see any bugs).. that was my only concern before booking as I know nets can get dusty… but they're gone! Very spacious place, very quiet except for the delicious sounds of waves crashing below. Loved that! Not the best view from this unit (compared to units above) but it was perfect for us and we would stay again. So handy to have in-house laundry machines. Thanks Jeffery and manager Roger (sweet guy).

A great place to stay!

We were all impressed with the size of the place. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space so as not to step on each others toes. We loved the balcony in the main bedroom as the doors were easier to open then the ones in the living room. Kitchen had pretty much anything you could think of other than paper towels which were listed as not provided in the ad. We had to get TP as well so keep that in mind when first getting to the condo. Roger was a hoot and we had one weird person in our group who is cold no matter what. He said in his over 20 years of managing the condo, no one has ever asked for an extra blanket! We still give her crap about it, so thanks Roger for giving us some ammunition!! Overall, the place was everything we could ask for. Prepare to walk uphill, both ways, in the snow when you starting visiting the area. No need to overpack as onsite washer/dryer made us realize we way over packed for the trip.

Not worth the price

For the premium cost, I expect better. It’s clear they’re saving money by allowing the place to go into disrepair. Pro’s: its matches the pictures, pretty interior, easy to go to the beach Los Muertos. Con’s: no soap in bathrooms, No shower floor mats resulting in slip and fall and trip to the hospital with stitches, broken toilet paper holder not repaired (happened from guests immediately prior to our arrival), terrible wifi only accessible in bedroom, screen doors broken/don’t shut properly, and no screen doors for the large bedroom (mosquito bites), some glass door locks are broken, maid service only came 3x, instead of the 6x she was supposed to (and didn’t wash/change the bed sheets). The kitchen sink has a leak on to the floor (slop and fall risk). It’s a beautiful place but for the cost, I’d never stay here again.

Great Manager and Location But…..

First of all, I can’t say enough about the manager. Roger was amazing. So helpful with so many things. Such a nice guy. The place is old Mexican style so nothing modern here. But that wasn’t a big deal for us because we loved it.The location was great. It is up the little hill in case you have trouble walking. But we loved it. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of the ocean. We pretty much had it to ourselves. It is just a small little pool, but it was perfect for us. The problem is that some things in the place definitely need to be updated. We couldn’t get the stovetop to work, but in defense, we didn’t ask for help. We just did something else…there were only three pool towels and when we said that we needed another one, Roger gave us one of his personal ones because three is all the owner provided for the place. That makes no sense considering it can sleep six. Also, the fitted sheet on my bed was so thin and old. The elastic was pretty much nonexistent so the sheet would come up off the mattress all of the time. The bed my daughter slept in had a sheet on it with an actual hole in it. Her foot got caught in it several times when she tried to sleep. A couple of the pillows on the beds smelled so sour that it was really pretty disgusting. We tried to wash the pillowcases, but it was the pillows themselves. That was pretty gross. This could be a complete 5 Star place to stay if the owner just put in a little bit of money to handle these things.
