Welcome to Glamorous Getaway! This spacious, peaceful, and vibrant home offers 4 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 nighttime guests and 12 daytime guests. Glamorous Getaway is the perfect desert escape awaiting your next visit!
Enjoy the beautiful weather as you splash around the sparkling pool or lounge at the outdoor bar with a refreshing drink. Want to relax? Take a warm bath in the en suite, where you’ll experience resort luxury in the comfort of a private oasis. Celebrating the holidays at Glamorous Getaway? Our kitchen has all the utensils and amenities needed for your delicious holiday meals. Make unforgettable memories around the stylish dining table or host friendly billiards tournaments in the game room! At the end of your day, have your beauty sleep in one of the lively and comfy bedrooms!
INDOORS:
Inside, you will be greeted by an open-concept floor plan that allows visual accessibility from all corners of the common spaces. The large living room with a stunning Italian leather sectional overlooks the backyard and pool. From the game room, you have quick and easy access to the dining room, kitchen, and entryway. Each living space is equipped with a separate TV so the adults can watch the game while they play pool, as the kids catch up on their cartoons in the living room! We also have plenty of board games, card games, and a poker set for your game nights!
In the bedrooms, you will be filled with joy through vibrant colors and aesthetic touches. The blue, green, and coral rooms have a queen-sized bed and plush bedding that guarantees a good night's rest! The spacious primary bedroom has an eye-catching accent wall, a king-sized bed, and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy access to your private en suite with a massive tub, fabulous shower, and double vanity with ample storage. In the closet/dressing room, there is plenty of space for you to store your clothes, play dress up, and get ready for nights out on the town! In addition to the en suite, two bathrooms are located in the hallway. The first is a half bathroom with a large skylight that offers gorgeous natural lighting, while the second bathroom offers a double vanity and a tub-in-shower combo for extra convenience.
There are two dedicated private workspaces located inside the primary bedroom and the green bedroom. Both rooms offer a desk space with comfortable seating & are located away from common areas to avoid distractions and allow privacy.
OUTDOORS:
You can access the backyard from the living room, dining room, and primary bedroom. As you step out, you will be greeted by the spectacular desert weather and fabulous pool! Glamorous Getaway has a large patio that offers a dining area, bar countertop seating, sectional seating, and an outdoor BBQ for your cookouts! Surrounded by nature & peace, the backyard has great sun-time for tanning and provides plenty of shade for lounging in the afternoon. Need a place to drink your morning coffee? The side yard’s outdoor seating offers you a seat surrounded by desert landscaping and serenity!
Want to explore the neighborhood and witness incredible mountain views and the desert breeze? Head to the garage where you’ll find bicycles waiting for your adventure!
Note: This property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front entry, driveway, and side gate. These cameras are installed primarily as theft deterrent and to control/report noise levels. There are no cameras placed inside the home or within any view of the property’s interior. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies and verification of check-out.
GUEST ACCESS:
Upon arrival, you will receive two separate codes to access the property. The first code will grant access to the lockbox in order to retrieve the keys to the front gate. The second code will be your personal entry code for the front door. This code will remain active through the duration of your trip and will automatically deactivate at check-out time.
RULES:
NOISE COMPLAINTS -
The City of Cathedral City has a very strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals and a zero-tolerance policy for any type of amplified music played outdoors or played indoors that can be heard from outside. This regulation applies to every long-term rental property within the city and is taken very seriously. If a complaint is received and a compliance officer is dispatched to the property, the contracted renter will be fined by the City of Cathedral City as well as a $300 charge from the owner for legal fees. Please note, this would also lead to an immediate eviction with no refund.
NO PETS ALLOWED -
We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of Airbnb’s policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety become an issue. Our children suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies and this is our secondary living space when not hosting guests. Due to this, we do not allow any pets or service animals. Thank you for your understanding!
NO PARTIES/EVENTS -
No parties/events are allowed at this property and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
NO PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY FOR COMMERCIAL USE
No photography/videography for commercial use is allowed at this property and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
NO SMOKING INDOORS -
Smoking indoors is prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
AGE REQUIREMENT -
Renter must be at least 25 years old and provide verification.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT -
Check-in is at 3pm.
Check-out is at 11am.
CHECK-OUT POLICY -
Please note that our property has a strict check-out policy for 11am. Any unapproved late check-outs would result in a $100/hour charge to the contracted renter. If you’d like to request late check-out, please inform us 24 hours prior to your check-out time to determine whether or not accommodations can be made.
VEHICLES/PARKING -
4 cars allowed maximum. Feel free to park your vehicles in the three-car garage or on the driveway. There is a maximum of two cars allowed on the driveway at all times.
