This stylish place to stay is perfect for a group trip or just wanting a home away from home feel.

I would like to invite you and your family to come to unwind, relax and enjoy our home away from home Our 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom 1halfbathroom open space entertainment area 3 bedroom with additional bed set-up air mattress located in the hallway lien closet is perfect to hold up to 8 guests . Enjoy a spacious open floor living which includes a fully loaded kitchen, a dining area, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs with multiple apps. We are centrally located, and our home is less than 15 minutes from Downtown, Hospitals, and all the major restaurants.

We have a small guesthouse on the property that is completely private and separate from the primary home.Please respect the privacy of the guesthouse.

The worst Vrbo I've stayed in

First I booked this place expecting a nice private home and backyard. Wrong there is another unit in the the back. I asked about the grill and the unit in the back."Morning, unfortunately we don't not have a grill available. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of the guesthouse it completely separate from the primary home."I said back, "Thats okay about the grill but is there someone inside the guest house? I am uncomfortable with having a shared backyard as this was not listed anywhere in the vrbo listing. It is also misleading because I was expecting a private home/ yard." Ebony did not respond for 9 hours so I went to customer support and they drafted an email to ask Ebony. She then responded back to me Saturday morning and said "We do not have a grill listed as amenity in our listing. The guesthouse is definitely mention in the listing it must have been an oversight on your behalf. The guesthouse is completely private facing an opposite way from the primary home. with has an separate entrance." I had taken screenshot prior to her changing the listing and did not appreciate her attempt to gaslight me. Also there are what seems like motion detection cameras inside the house even though Ebony said "The home use to have ADT alarm system. That no longer operate and equipment returned." If it's been returned then what is it then? The kitchen is a joke, 1 serrated DULL knife. 2 pots, but tons of cups although? Cleaner was able to accommodate for my allergies tho!

Honest review

We would not go out of our way to recommend this place or book again. There were several "inconvenient" things we overlooked for the sake of our vacation. There was a broken window in one of the bedrooms - taped over with clear packing tape. Only partially stocked kitchen (not foodwise but utensils, cookware, & dishes. had mix-matched plates for 4 only) There was a random can of chicken noodle soup in the bottom cupboard with the meager pots. No large pots to cook with, no big mixing bowl. There was 1 large knife for slicing and the utensils were either very cheap metal or plastic, like from a picnic kit. Someone left a cat litter scoop in the dining area, along with a large bucket of gray paint. The bathroom, by where the wall met the shower, was dirty and might have mold. The AC worked great. My first time Vrbo, so I got the accidental damage insurance. When we left, we took out trash & stripped bedding/linens. I got an email that we damaged the stovetop island. We did not, we walked past it and a piece of the linoleum fell off. And we stained a comforter, again, no. I left a note pad behind & we left a lighter and half a small jug of laundry soap behind because we couldnt take them on the plane. Ebony says we smoked in the house, we did not. If you found a butt outside, brought it inside to take a picture of it, there's no way you can claim us. wants 58 from me. Ask her about the "extra" rental property..a 12x12 building in the backyard.

Absolute southern charm!

Beautiful neighborhood. Neighbors waved and smiled. The house was open and private.. 3 bedrooms. Private sitting area for resting or resting your eyes. Wonderful location. Thank you Ms. Ebony for a delightful visit. Well be back!

Southern charm

The house was beautiful. There is a sitting room at the entrance, the couches were extremely comofrtable, a living room with an adorable backdrop. The bathroom was updated, just note, the shower nozzle was reversed, so the first day was a cold shower, but we figured it out. The rooms were spacious, and accommodated our needs perfectly. The neighborhood was nice, quiet. The neighbors across the street did have a get together our first night, and there was music, but they were respectful and didnt act out or do anything off the wall. Our host was responsive, and instrcutions were extremely xlear. Out of the whole experiencce, i would recommend souther charm as a place to stay, especially if it is your 1st time in savannah.

VRBO

We have agreed to book elsewhere from now on. My first experience in TN with VRBO was outstanding. The second one accused me of bring a dog with us to Philly. Now this lady has a motel size Mr Coffee that did not work and made no effort to replace it so we had no coffee. The 2nd morning we attempted to bake biscuits and the oven wouldn’t heat up. We are 3 grandmothers all over 60 and are experienced with ovens! Then she complained about a little sand in the bed from a grandchild! Does she not change the sheets? I took pictures of everything before we left after the other VRBO saying I had a dog!! I’ll submit the photos if I can. Very disappointed in the attitudes of these folks.

Perfect family stay

The property was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room and it was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was lovely and was a very short drive in to the city which was perfect. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

Not what we expected

We arrived late at the property and made a bed for our daughter (which is an inflatable bed, not a real bed) and had no comforter. The floor of the kitchen was sticky and the bathroom needed to be cleaned. They recently changed the windows of 2 bedrooms which is great, but didn't remove the factory stickers, nor cleaned the windows. Communication with the host led to nothing so we gave up and focused on enjoying our stay. On the good side, the house is cute, in a good location, close to downtown and everything. We really enjoyed Savannah.

Cute and comfy house!

We were very pleased with our stay at this cute little house. It was very clean, in a convenient location and close to all the downtown sites. Very quiet street. The welcome basket with wine was a very sweet gesture. The only suggestion I have is providing more kitchen utensils like some sharper knives and possibly a pizza cutter. Also, I had to make several pots of coffee every morning as the coffee pot is quite small~but that wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely recommend Southern Charm!

Charming

It was the cutest property! There was a sweet little welcome basket waiting on us upon arrival. The house was so spacious and comfortable to move around. My favorite room was probably the den. The kids loved playing darts while the adults watched TV.

Not as listed, Deceived... Needs a Major Cleanup!!

Very dissapointed with this home, spider's and mold and dirt on baseboards and flooring. Very diappointed and it was my birthday!

Great Savannah weekend

House was exactly as advertised. Although not located downtown, it was very convenient without the added expense. We stayed for the weekend while checking out SCAD and what Savannah has to offer. Definitely would recommend!

There is only 1.5 bathrooms not 2. She only provides enough towels for one a piece and no laundry soap to wash them during your stay. She only provides 2 rolls of paper towels but no dish towels or hand towels to dry dishes or hands so you have to use the paper towels. She needs to clean the vents and floors. Our feet were black from walking bare foot on the floor, and that was day one, so it was not our dirt. On the positive side, it is a cute house with plenty of space. Good location to things. Easy to get downtown. We had a great time in Savanah.

Savannah get away

Ebony was great host and responsive. The property felt like a home away from home. Supplies were all stocked . Property was spotless smell good and most of all comfortable. Just wish check in time could be earlier then 3:00pm. . Would definitely return.

Our 3-bedroom, 1.5bathroom is a southern charm with 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds with a blow-up bed. This is the perfect home to entertain family and friends. We are only 15 min to Downtown River Street and City Market if you want to explore Savannah and its surroundings. The home has a back patio that's perfect to relax and play some family games.
