Relax with your group at this peaceful spacious house. Clean and quiet retreat yet convenient to local attractions. 2 reserved parking spots plus additional guest parking . Across the street (walking distance) from shopping center with restaurants, grocery store and Starbucks. Very spacious 2,000 sq ft. 2 stories. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Tree lined family oriented neighborhood. Kid friendly amenities. Full size crib or toddler bed and 2 cots set up upon request. Separate room as office /play area with blazing fast wifi. Board games, children books, baby and children toys. Large capacity washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee and tea. complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, including baby and kids shampoo , bath toys. Beach towels; adult and kid sizes. Shared complex pool now open thru August. Master bedroom and en suite bath downstairs. With king size bed, smart TV, black out curtains. Separate shower and soaking tub, double sinks, Walk in closet. 2nd bedroom upstairs, queen bed, bunk bed with trundle. 3rd bedroom upstairs, full/double bed, pink room with princess themed decor. Full bathroom with shower over tub down the hall. 17-20 minute drive to Convention Center, River Street , downtown Savannah, main SCAD campus.

20-25 minute drive to SAV / HHI airport .
15 minute drive to Tanger outlets.
45 minute drive to Tybee island and beach

We enjoyed our stay with our kids of all ages in tow. They had so much in way of our toddlers, which was such a help! Very clean & tidy home. Had a lot of extra kitchen gadgets, too (aka: air fryer, French press/other coffee acces.,,etc). We utilized those! They really thought of all the extra things you might need. So helpful!About a 10-15 minute drive to most things. Thank you for a great stay :)

This townhouse was perfect for our stay! It was clean and set up perfectly for our group. Everything we needed was provided. If we go back, we will definitely be using again.

Well-furnished.

Classy and well-appointed home with great attention to detail. Comfortable, high quality furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, and extras for young children. When booking read carefully! The pool is seasonal, and only available from June to August, so not open for spring break.

Christmas in Savannah

Very nice townhouse! Extremely clean and comfortable. Host has went above expectations on amenities. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery store, pharmacy and Starbucks. Approximately 15-20 minutes to downtown Savannah and shopping mall. Very close to Pooler and the Outlet Mall too. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Safe stay in Savannah

This property is fantastic. The host has done a tremendous job making the property a home away from home. There is a large grocery store in walking distance as well as several fast food locations nearby. Our family sat at the large dining table to eat dinner every night. The host has thought of everything. While we did not need them for our stay, there is a high chair, crib, children’s towels, children’s plates/cups. It is a perfect stay for anyone, but ESPECIALLY families with children. The master suite is on the main level with a spacious bathroom attached. Rooms for the rest of the family are located on the second level. We enjoyed the property and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Savannah area. It is in a safe community that is well cared for. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with and has made staying at the property very simple for guest!

Beautiful, Private and Serene Property!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, peaceful and private. Loved watching the golfers in the back! The sunroom was a nice addition. We loved the pool!!! It was beautiful and had a great temperature! The soaking tub and all of the bathrooms were awesome! The host was absolutely amazing...very responsive and communication was great!!! (If you are planning to cook, make sure to bring your own spices...salt, pepper, etc.) We really loved and enjoyed our stay. Short drive to the lighthouse, restaurants, beach, shopping, etc. Highly recommend!

Amazing time and didn’t want to leave!

We had such a great time and it was an amazing house! Energy in the house was calming and relaxing. The house had everything we needed and more. The community pool was a nice addition. My dog with anxiety that doesn’t like traveling loved the home too and if you knew him, you’d know what a compliment that is. Easy check in and check out and the location has everything you need. Riverboat Pizza was SO good, thank you for recommending it. Thank you for sharing your home and I can’t wait to come back.

Great family friendly property

The house had more than enough space for our group of 10! No one was cramped as each room was spacious. The home is clean and beautiful, and very kid friendly for young ones! They had cribs, a high chair, and baby gates on the stairs. There were snacks when we arrived, which was a nice bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and incredibly close to groceries, restaurants/fast food, and gas.

Perfect for a Georgia vacation!

This place has all the essential house-needs and the decor was charming. The host is very considerate as well and has bathroom materials in stock like makeup remover pads and shampoo/conditioner/body-wash and I greatly appreciated it. There were also tv streaming services that were registered on the television, so I was able to watch exclusive shows! I especially liked how there were multiple beds so I could have family members travel with me. Thank you so much Raquel!

Super clean, very thoughtful in the details (a welcome basket of chips, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, a kids playroom for little ones), comfortable mattresses…we only stayed for 1 night passing through on our way to Florida, but we wished we could’ve stayed longer. It was amazing!!!

Convenient, clean and comfortable

This place was awesome. It was convenient to both downtown Savannah and Tybee island. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place was super clean. The home was well decorated and the beds were really comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property.
