LIVING AREA

Give in to the bliss of soft and elegant beige and white living as soon as you enter the grand living area with its soaring ceilings that give off an airy and open feel. Fully furnished with a huge Smart TV, Netflix, and other streaming apps installed for your entertainment. This space is carpeted in the same spectrum of color that matches the canvas of the soft and comfortable couches.

KITCHEN/ DINING AREA

You will love the state-of-the-art kitchen with its subway tile backsplash, quartz countertops, and modern high-grade stainless steel appliances- 2 door refrigerator/ freezer, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, heater, air fryer, automatic coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and garbage disposal. Breakfast counter seats two but there`s an extra desk and seat at the corner of the kitchen you can use as well. The dining table seats five and looks out to the yard through the sliding glass door.

BEDROOMS

Take relaxation to the next level in the expansive primary bedroom with its King sized bed. Stay fit and have a go on the Peloton bike to get those muscles pumped up! The Peloton is outfitted with basket pedals so no cleats are necessary. The space also features a large dresser and clothes rack, Smart 55`` TV, and a marble and chrome en-suite bathroom with quartz countertops. The second bedroom also has a King sized bed, large dresser, and a Smart 55` TV. The third bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a designated work space with an adjustable height desk and comfortable office chair for your business needs, and an en-suite bathroom.

LOUNGE AREA: The second floor also boasts a lounge area with a Smart TV which you can use as a workspace or game room. The lounge area has a sofa that converts to a Full sized bed to accommodate more people in your party. This fabulous space offers downtown views which are truly magnificent.

Pool Heating:
- The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75/day. This must be requested with the host at least 12 hours in advance to allow time for heating.
- Heating the pool from November–February may not be available depending on outdoor temperatures, and during this period the fee is $150/day.
- The standard heated pool temperature will be 84°F. Additional payment may be required for requests to heat the pool above this temperature.

Additional notes:
- There are neighborhood cats that you may see on or around the property. The neighborhood ensures the cats are taken care of and fed.
