This 4 bedroom home is located right in the middle of 5 amazing golf courses, 10 min to Nascar, 5 min to spring training and close to all amenities and great restaurants. All freshly painted and brand new furniture in Feb '23. This backyard oasis will not disappoint with its new putting green, large pool, great entertaining area and no rear neighbours.

Great Location

Family of 4 stayed and this house exceeded our expectations. Very clean and owner was easy to communicate with and respond. We would stay there again.

We had a very poor experience at this location. When we rent properties the two primary neccesatities are cleanliness and proper utensils to prepare and eat meals. In this regard the first thing when my wife turned down the bed in the master bedroom she encountered a stain on the sheets. Clearly the cleaning staff would have seen this and at the cost of sheets perhaps they just need to get replaced. ( no guest wants to sleep on stained sheets). The second issue wa the Pots and Pans that were so badley damaged with non stick coating peeling that we could not bring ourselves to cook in them. The glasses (plastic) in the kitchen had finger prints embedded in them that even after washing remained. As you can guess we had a house and kitchen but ate takeout for the whole week and slept on the couch. Last note was the insistence that the rented leave the garage clicker behind but it hadn't been and it was not replaced for the duration of our stay. The location was good for baseball though.

So sorry that this was your experience. I have an amazing cleaning crew and we had recently changed to tide pods and somehow they seem to have wrecked some of the sheets so we have since went out and replaced the damaged sheets but they definitely were cleaned. The pots and pans were just replaced 3 months ago so im not sure what happened there but we are looking into it. You are the first guest to mention it. We will definetly be replacing them if thats the case. The garage door opener has now been replaced and we even added an outdoor code outlet too in case a guest forgets to leave it behind.

Goodyear vacation

Didn't realize "Hot Tub" was what's in the master bath. I suppose "Jacuzzi" would be what I was expecting. Otherwise great house!

Sorry about the hot tub but the description did say it was a one person Jacuzzi in the description but I have altered that in the description completely so that we don't run into this again. Thanks again for staying with us and giving us a good review. We wish you all the best.

Golf Trip

This is a great house overall in a fantastic neighborhood. The layout worked really well for our annual golf trip of 4 family members. We enjoyed the backyard lazing by the pool, and the covered deck area is great for lounging. Pierre was easy to communicate with as well. I would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely quick get away

We decided to have a last minute vacation and the host was very accommodating, we booked and checked in in less than 24 hours and he made it very simple for us. The house is absolutely beautiful and comfortable and the pool is lovely even though a little cold as it’s not heated. I needed to communicate with a host during my stay, and he was very prompt to answer. We would definitely return to this home!!

The pool water was green. Not suitable to swim in. To use the pool, it would have to be heated. It was never explained that you had to pay extra for that. Refrigerator ice machine didn’t work so we had no ice. The refrigerator water filter also needed to be changed. The utensils and bowls were minimal. Window in master bedroom was broken and screen was off. Tub drain plug didn’t work. Bedspread had a big stain on it.Didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth!

Sorry you wern't happy with your stay. We get so many great reviews so I'm a little shocked. Would like to address the concerns for any future guest. The pool looks green because the base colour is green. We have a profesional company clean and balance the pool weekly. The window was damaged by previous guest and new one was ordered. Pool clearly states its not heated. Linen is cleaned after every stay but may have a bleach spot. We have enough utensils for 8-10 people. The frige ice maker does not work but we never stated that we provide ice.

Great Place

We loved this place so much, that we extended our stay three extra night. We came down for spring training and the World Baseball Classic. This place has everything you need. Everything was brand new and immaculate. The outdoor area was awesome with the pool, putting green and furniture. Our 10 year olds had a blast in the pool. The house is close to all the spring training ball parks and has all the amenities and restaurants within a five minute drive. The owners are very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. This is, by far, the best place we have stayed in the Phoenix area. We will definitely be back. Go Royals!!!

Fun stay for our group

Booked for our group of 8 and was pleased with the property, location, and communication with Pierre. It was a nice property and fit our group very well. There was one issue with the dishwasher not working and we weren't able to get it fixed during our stay, but Pierre was very communicative throughout and understanding. Keep in mind the pool is not heated, and given the colder weather during our stay, it served more as a cold plunge :) but overall the place was great. It's very new, so the typical kitchen things that accumulate from guests were not there (for example cooking oil, spices, etc.) but not a huge deal at all. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend

I think the pool should be advertised as not heated. It was family friendly for the most part. But it really needs a good cleaning. Inside cupboards was dirty.

Thanks for the feedback Cindy. I have asked my cleaners to do a thorough clean of all the cupboards and sorry about the pool but I guess when you look online you have to specifically go into the detail section of the pool to see its NOT heated. We are Canadians who absolutely fell in love with this area last year while visiting with our three kids. Loved it so much we decided to buy here so that we could enjoy many years of fun and memories. I run a real estate company in Ontario and we love meeting new people which made this area so great. Everyone was so friendly!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The location of this one was prime as it was so close to Spring training, Nascar, shopping, 6 amazing golf courses and every major sporting event possible. The backyard was a key feature for us too because of no rear neighbours, it gives us great views and the afternoon sun. Tons of space and in great condition were two other factors that drew us to this amazing home.
