Stay here!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is well maintained, beautifully decorated, comfortable, well appointed (the kitchen had everything we needed and then some), and VERY clean... probably the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in! The heated pool and spa were a big plus. Again, clean and well maintained. We spent lots of time in them. 😎 The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located. The owner, Olivia, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect for our family

My family very much enjoyed this home for a week. We especially liked the heated pool and the pool table. The host Olivia was always available and easy to contact for any questions or needs that we had. Would stay again for sure!

Lovely home, great pool!

A very nice home! Pool was was heated and very nice. Owner was very responsive to phone calls and text messages. There are only 2 reasons for the 4 stars over 5. 1 is that we had no access to a pantry for our groceries, and all cabinets were full. This meant leaving all our groceries on the counters or dining room table which we didnt use. The other thing was the shower heads. Seems silly, but a lovely home, tastefully decorated, with a touch of opulence, and shower heads that were very inexpensive. For a few more dollars they could be upgraded to match the rest of the home. Overall, a very nice stay.

Great location for Spring Training

It was easy to get to the ballparks we wanted to get to. We discovered a nearby neighborhood Italian restaurant in a shopping center that was good, Bella Luna. The house was spacious, clean and the layout worked well for us. The host communication was good and we enjoyed the pool/spa as well to work out the kinks from stadium seating :)

Family trip to go to Cowboys/Cardinals game

My husband and I met our adult boys and their wives in Phoenix for a fun extended weekend get away. The Sunland Villa was all that it promised in the VRBO description. It was beautiful, comfortably furnished, spacious and had a lovely backyard pool, hot tub and patio area. We made breakfast each day and sat out back in the evenings. Went to support our Dallas Cowboys : (. Loved the stadium and Cardinal fans were friendly. Not bad weather for late Sept either. 5 star review. .

The house made up for the bummer weekend

Initially my friends and I went to see a two day concert. We spent a lot of money and planning for half of our trip to get canceled…. The house was amazing! The house made the whole trip and was definitely a saving grace. With plenty of space and plenty of amenities this house was a little paradise. The pool was a great size big enough for four adults to comfortably swim. The kitchen was huge and there was plenty of elbow room. Also, the kitchen had all the tools you needed to cook including various herbs n spices. The grill was well taken care of and we were able to utilize it to bbq and make up for a drag day. Plenty of options for entertainment, including a very nice pool table with well maintained pool sticks. The only downside is there was no way to play music from the streaming services. There was no Spotify or music apps. The residential area was nice and it’s quite time after 10, I guess this is a law in Arizona for rental properties but it really didn’t put any damper on anything. There is plenty of stores and little shops to check out in the area. The house was about 30 mins from downtown Phoenix. Everything in the rental was super clean and well thought out. Olivia was a great host and went above in beyond. There was a storm that was pretty rough and dirtied up the pool. She came the next morning and started cleaning it out herself. I definitely will be staying there again in the future!

Elegance and fun!

We rented this property for four weeks to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The furnishings were quite elegant, yet comfortable. Our family came two different weeks. Both families consisted of parents and a college age, a high schooler, and a junior higher. Plenty of room for each child to have a room/ space of their own. The pool and hot tub/spa were a hit and used almost daily. A bit chilly to heat the pool each day, but the hot tub heated up quickly. The billiard table was also a hit.Kitchen was convenient and well stocked. Master bedroom bed was so comfy. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We would recommend this property and hope to return.

Our Group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! Everything was very clean, well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. seasonings, and coffee to have some of our meals at the house. House is very spacious. The Pool and Spa were great. Definitely would go back!!

Fabulous Stay

We were looking to rent a house close to my brother’s home in Goodyear, AZ and this was the perfect place!! This was definitely a five star stay with all the amenities and then some!! The house was immaculate and the beds were so extremely comfortable! The master suite is enormous with a private sitting room right off of it. The backyard is so beautiful and serene and the neighborhood is very quiet with its own little park area. Olivia was amazing to work with and very accommodating!! It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back! Many thanks to Olivia for making us feel right at home!

Guys golf trip

The house was great and Olivia was very responsive and such a nice host. Prior guests had checked out at 10:00am the day we got there and the cleaning crew nailed it! The house was very clean and smelled so nice. The space is great in the kitchen and living room area and is great being right off the patio area. The house has everything you need for your visit. We were a group of four men and worked great for us, but would also work great for a family trip, it really has everything you would want. Glad we did it, thanks to Olivia for a great stay!

Beautiful home with plenty of room

This home is extremely clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for a group of 8 to spread out and relax. Located close to groceries/shopping and just about anything you need. Highly recommend a stay at this home!!

Relaxing reprieve from the cold

We loved the outdoor seating and pool area! The heated pool and hot tub made out stay wonderful. The rooms are spacious and the house is very clean and well stocked with all the appliances and necessary kitchen gear. The house is located in a convenient location to groceries & restaurants. Friends Park nearby was really great as well.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The home is located in one of the nicest areas of Goodyear, AZ and surrounded by several golf courses just 1-2 miles away. Great shops and restaurants can be found nearby as well as the Lifetime gym - one of the largest in Arizona. While only 5-6 minutes drive to the Goodyear's Ballpark and just 10 minutes to Cardinal's stadium, the villa offers a very peaceful time, as there was nobody around. Both convenience to get around anywhere as well as privacy and quite time have been greatly appreciated by our previous guests.
