Experience the Texas Hill Country with a cottage in the woods. New construction of this two-bed room, two- bath Texas style architecture. Behind a gated entrance surrounded by acres of woods.

Relax tucked into nature or make the quick drive to Wimberley, micro brews, Texas wine and swimming holes. Minutes away from Canyon Lake, rivers, Schlitterbahn and a sky full of stars.

Non smoking house, but good porch space for coffee and a smoke outside if it suites you. Property is suitable for well behaved adults, children and pets.

2 Master bedrooms with attached baths. Each with king beds and all bathroom amenities. Well equipped kitchenette (no stovetop), Internet, Wi-Fi, Smart TV.

Owner is on the property and will see to any issues that arise.

We attended a family reunion in the hill country, and this location was convenient--only a 1/2 mile away! David sent instructions for check-in, and they were easy to follow. We interacted through text, and he was very nice and attentive--it was 4th of July weekend, and it rained a lot, so he asked us to let him know if we had any issues with the internet or anything else, which we appreciated. Now for the actual property...we arrived and were delighted with the property! The outdoors was beautiful with trees and greenery all over. The back porch area was a great place to sit, enjoy your coffee, and enjoy nature all around. The inside was well-kept and up-to-date. It was very nice, clean, and perfect for a family of four. The beds were comfy and had clean sheets and comforters. There were plenty of clean towels in both bathrooms. The walk-in shower was easy to get in and out of for my husband, who recently had knee replacement surgery. The kitchen was cute and we enjoyed the K-Cups and coffee maker that were there, but I will say, it didn't have a stove--would have been nice to make breakfast--but maybe an electric skillet (or bring your own) would do. All-in-all, we loved it and would stay there again. We'll look into renting this location again for next year's family reunion, once the date is confirmed, for sure!

Cute Cottage!

I was extremely impressed with this cottage! The amenities and decor were beautiful, the back porch nice and big with plenty of furniture for everyone to hang out and enjoy the wooded view.

David was so helpful as we had a little trouble finding the home. He called us and stayed on the phone with us to ensure we got there and welcomed us. Property was clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Beautiful Place and Extremely Peaceful

We have stayed at this vrbo twice now and have had exceptional experiences both times. It is extremely clean and the beds are comfortable. It has everything you need! It is very private and very peaceful. We will stay here again and again!

Outstanding

Great property, great location. The best stretch of the famous Devil’s Backbone scenic drive is maybe five minutes away. And downtown Wimberley twice that at most. Well-appointed, super-clean cottage. Can’t say enough good about it. We’ll be back.
