Just a 5 minute walk and your toes are in the sand! The two story townhome includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with canal views and upgrades throughout! Boat slip access upon request! Amenities include TV's in every room, Xfinity 1GBPS internet, ductless HVAC in every room, free parking (1), and an awesome balcony for hanging around the firepit!

The master bedroom includes a king size bed with attached bathroom, balcony access, TV and closet space. The second bedroom occupies a queen size bed, attached bathroom, TV, and closet space. Full kitchen with appliances, basic cutlery, tableware, and tools. Outdoor porch with small seating space.
