El alquiler de la orilla del río se encuentra en Palo Verde Meadows en Bullhead City, AZ. La casa es cerca de 6 millas río abajo de los casinos en Laughlin, NV. Ideal para familias y eventos especiales!

El área es extremadamente amigable y excelente para pasear en bote, hacer motos acuáticas, practicar esquí acuático, pescar o simplemente relajarse en la piscina y el spa. Puede dejar su barco en el muelle justo en frente de la casa y tiene cerca de 70 millas de río y lagos para explorar. Este es el más espectacular casa frente al río raíces en el área de TI y libros con meses de antelación. Catch vistas al río en todas las áreas de la casa!

House is beautiful! Loved being able to have all of our family under one roof. Really enjoyed our time here! Jeff was amazing to work with and very welcoming! Definitely recommend staying at this location.

Wonderful Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The house is super spacious. The pictures do not do the house justice. It was a wonderful stay all around. The only con I can think of is that the internet is very slow and we couldn't all be online at the same time, it would kick us off. We were a 2 hour drive from Grand Canyon West, about 2 hours from Las Vegas, and Laughlin was just a short 20 minute drive.

Great for whole family!

We stayed here to celebrate Grandpa's 80th birthday with the whole family. We had ages 10-80 years old (9 people total). Everyone had a great time! The game room was great, we played billiards and table tennis every day. The jacuzzi and infinity pool were so nice. We lounged in it day and night looking at the amazing river and mountain views. We also had a light hike in the area to look at the river. Laughlin is close by, but we spent most of our time at the house.The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked most of our meals and BBQ'd a couple of times. There is a large dining table that fit all of us for dinner. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all really nice and very comfortable.The only negative is the wi-fi was a little weak. However, it just forced us to be more present with each other, it wasn't really an inconvenience except when my husband had to get on a zoom meeting.Overall, the house was truly amazing and we DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this house for any family or groups.

Incredible Property

We had the best time on our trip! The house was immaculate- the pictures do not do it justice! The property manager was friendly and helpful. Everything about the house was perfect- plenty of space for a large group, private bathrooms for all, game room was fun, and the pool/jacuzzi were great. I cannot wait to rebook and go back and do it all again!

Beautiful mansion on the river!!

This place blew our mind from the time we walked in. Spotless,everything worked correctly,amazing view,AMAZING ac! Everyone knows that’s necessary in summer at the river. Super friendly host,and we will definitely be back! A+ 5 star place to stay.

Property was Beautiful, Pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and extremely spacious. We had 14 adult guest and plenty of room for more. Super host Jeff, was ver nice and always avaliable. Oustanding views, would highly recommend this property for large family gatherings.

Do not skip this property! The pictures do not do this amazing property any justice. It actually about 4 times larger than these pictures make it appear. Group headquarters for Concert Weekend

Had crew of 14 people meet up for Kid Rock concert weekend. House was perfect for large mixed group, spacious and functional layout with a bathroom connected to each bedroom or located adjacent to the few without. Had great time

Gorgeous home need furniture upgrades.

My family and I spend a weekend and love the house. Super spacious but needs some furniture upgrades for sure. Sofas are very old. Love the view, floors and kitchen. But for the prices very furniture is a must! Will revisit for sure!

Beautiful House!

Pictures don’t do it justice, this home was very beautiful. The pool area was awesome and the access to the river was really nice. Yea rooms and kitchen were well equipped. By far the communication I had with Jeff throughout our stay was truly the best I’ve had from all the times ive rented homes. You won’t regret booking this home worth every penny.

Greatest vacation ever!

I rented this property for out 7th annual girls trip. This house by far exceeding our expectations. The view is beautiful from all decks and patios. Everyone felt so spoiled having each there own room, bathroom and some a patio. The pool and spa were a great hit. We paid extra to have it heated and it was well worth it. The kitchen was a great size and accommodated all of us crazy cooks in the kitchen at once. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. We loved the huge stove and dual oven all gas too. Fridge and pantry were spacious and fit everything we bought for our big family. The dining and living areas were huge and we had plenty of room for everyone to hang out comfortably. Furnishings were in great condition and the house was VERY clean. The garage is huge! It fit my lifted Toyota Tundra and jet ski trailer attached with room to spare plus two additional cars on the other side. Dock was in great shape and had plenty of room for our jet skis. Boat ramp is about five minutes up river so that made it very easy to launch and get back to the house. The cove was very nice and quiet not a lot of tourist traffic like the main river. Everyone said there beds were comfy and bedding was nice and clean. I have zero complaints about this property. Jeff was an amazing host and responded immediately by text or call if we had and questions. We will definitely be renting this home again next year for sure!!!!

Spacious Relaxing Getaway

I was disappointed the oven was not working when I arrived. A part to fix the oven was ordered but delayed. I wish I was informed prior to my arrival so I can plan accordingly for Christmas week, 5 day stay. That said, the home was wonderful. The design/layout of the home was modern with plenty of room for gatherings or simply spending time away from each other. Location is great. Away from the busy streets, but close enough to all the attractions. If you have pets, HUGH dog fields (yes, multiple) with friendly responsible pet owners. Jeff and his team were very personable. I look forward to my next trip to this amazing home...... with the hopes the oven works :-)

Had a group of friends from all over the country getting together for an endurance event in Laughlin and we needed a place to stay. Found this house, read the reviews and booked it. It was ALL that we wanted plus more. Very spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view. The works. There were a couple hiccups with the jets in the hot tub and the television in the upstairs master bedroom but Jeff the owner and Ricky the property manager took care of it right away. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

The home was exactly what we needed for a large family with young children. The location and the dock was perfect for our water craft. The host, Jeff, was responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. We will definitely be returning.
