The location was fantastic and an easy walk to the town. So close to The Secret Sandwich Society which is a place you don’t want to sleep on. Thank you for the clean and nice place to stay.

Cozy little apartment

This little apartment had everything we needed for our stay in the area to visit relatives. Everything was clean and the check-in and checkout was simple. My wife and I enjoyed our time in the area and this apartment was perfect for our stay. Thanks for a job well done.

Great stay!

Cozy Court was a great accommodation for a long weekend! It was very clean, exactly as pictured and an easy walk to everything in town. While I did not need anything from the host during my stay, Brandie was communicative at check-in, which was super easy. I recommend this spot for your getaway!

Home Base for visiting the National Park

The listing was as described, getting in was fast and easy. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed. It was close to several restaurants, and the gas station was just down the street. The apartment worked great for a home base to visit the national park, and multiple state parks.

Beautiful and comfortable

This was a great place to stay while exploring and relaxing in the area for a couple days. The town was lovely with local restaurants and shops. Only a few minutes away from hiking and adventures in New River Gorge National Park. The property was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect for two!

LOVED the cozy apartment! Tastefully decorated and plenty of space for two. The location is perfect...you're within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops. It had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. Thank you, Brandie and Brian!

Perfect for 2 people on the go.

Such a wonderful location. We could walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was cute, clean and a small but mighty kitchen. It had everthing we needed and nothing that we didn't. I would absolutely stay again or recommend this place to others.

Nice little place close to everything we needed in Fayetteville. Great food options and coffee shop nearby. (Pies and pints - walkable, Bridge Brew Works - few min drive). Super close to the New River Gorge and ACE rafting. Mattress on bed a bit worn and could have been better. Shower, kitchen and seating area exactly what we needed. Very nice decorations, local info very helpful too.

Perfect Location for New River Gorge

We loved our visit to New River Gorge! The location and price of the apartment was perfect. It was a short drive to hikes and the New River Gorge Visitor Center, and we loved that we could walk to all of the restaurants in Fayetteville. A few minor adjustments to the apartment: fixing the bed so it's not sagging to one side, larger and darker curtains for blocking the morning sun in the bedroom, handles on the cabinets in the kitchen, and deeper cleaning between stays (there was trash underneath the bed) and this would be a 5 star review.

All was as expected for our stay. Enjoyed the location and accommodations. Host was quick to respond on my questions. If I missed the wi-fi information in the unit that is one me. If not my only suggestion is to have that posted on the welcome information.

Excellent location. Walk to shopping and dining. Very clean. Older apartment that was remodeled. Owners very responsive. Cons: noise from road, bed slept soft, some may like that, I prefer a firmer mattress.

Quaint and comfortable

The unit was very tastefully decorated, and the couch and bed were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the shared balcony on the warm weather days. We met one of the neighbors, who's cat came to visit us on several occasions. We are cat people, so we thought that was adorable! Although the road is busy in the morning, 7-8 a m., it's not so loud to be annoying. We texted Brandie a question once, and she was quick to reply which a pleasant response. The location is stellar, especially for the reasonable price. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!

Fayetteville & National Park Stay For Two

Cute place to stay in Fayetteville. The apartment was perfect for a long weekend for two. Bed was very comfortable and the entire place was very clean. Good water pressure as well. Parking is behind the building but if the building is full and you have a larger vehicle there is not enough spots for everyone to park. We drove a truck with our bikes on the back so we parked on the street out front. Which was not a problem for us. The apartment has Plenty of dishes, coffee mugs(there is a Keurig) and glasses. Microwave, refrigerator, and stove. Although we did not cook due to So many good restaurants & cafes to eat in Fayetteville and surrounding towns. FYI...there are long waits for many places in Fayetteville so we suggest getting there early and get your name on a list. Apartment is Walkable to just about everything. It you are a coffee lover, there are several coffee shops. Range Finder coffee was very good. Loved the town of Fayetteville and all the shops. We hope to come back and spend more time hiking the New River Gorge National Park. It is beautiful.

Convenient Home Base when Touring the Fayetteville, WV Area

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay and would easily choose to return in the future. It is conveniently located in downtown Fayetteville and also only 2 miles from the New River Gorge bridge and welcome center. The owner answered quickly when we needed to contact her and was very friendly. Since it is a newer listing there is some information which would have been helpful to us and for others who stay after us, such as knowing it is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. This was fine for us, but we didnt see that fact anywhere when scheduling and thought of others who may not be able to use the stairs. There is a Roku TV available that we didn't know about. We were not given the wifi username or password. We were fine without it and could have easily contacted her if we absoulutely needed it but we would recommend that information to be available somewhere in the apartment. Once again, we were very pleased with this cozy apartment.
