Family friendly & fully furn. garden apt. with huge yard in lovely neighborhood

This garden apartment has two very large bedrooms with new king beds, generous closets, private laundry, bathroom w/ large shower, dining table & spacious living room. The kitchen is equipped w/ countertop oven, microwave, stovetop burner, air fryer, crockpot, dishwasher & full refrigerator. There is not a traditional size oven. The unit is very clean and furnished with all bedding and towels. The back yard is 1/4 acre with multiple flower beds, trees and fruit. There’s a huge deck to grill and eat on and take in our beautiful sunsets.
The apartment is located centrally to Loveland, Greeley and Ft. Collins not far off I-25. Perfect for traveling nurses and medical staff. We provide a substantial discount for longer term stays and have flexible calendars for those who want to stay longer.

Perfect for us!

This extremely clean, spacious and quiet holiday apartment left nothing to be desired. Located in the basement of the house of the attentive, friendly and helpful host, it not only corresponded exactly to the description, but also to our needs, as we were looking for a pleasant place to stay overnight, but not for a place to enjoy our holidays during the day. The holiday apartment was perfectly equipped down to the last detail. You could tell that the host had successfully thought about the needs of the guests and provided everything that travelers need to feel comfortable. All technical facilities including WiFi worked perfectly. We were completely satisfied and can recommend this holiday apartment to all future guests with a clear conscience.

Everything we needed

Jami and her son Jake were great hosts, we weren't around much, but could have stayed there very comfortably for any number of reasons, including a workation. Clean, quiet, good wifi, comfortable furniture/bed, well equipt kitchen, nice bathroom/shower. Thank you!

Cute garden apt.

Very clean and very friendly family. We had a great stay. We came in late and Jami made sure the light was on for us and Jake waited up for us. Jake is very polite and asked if we needed help bringing our things in. They also left bread and eggs for breakfast since we didn't have time to go grocery shopping yet. The apartment was cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome! Bonus, there's a Buc-cee's down the road. Centrally located between Denver and Fort Collins. Overall, a great stay! Don't hesitate if you're looking for a place to stay!!!

Absolutely beautiful home and basement apartment

Her home is beautifully appointed. You can tell that she has made every effort to provide the best of everything to make you feel like you are staying in a great hotel. I have stayed in a few VRBO that felt like they unloaded the camper to provide necessary furnishing. Not this place! The only thing I wish I had known when we booked was that there were stairs to climb. I have a heart issue and live at sea level so it was somewhat of a problem. For some reason I visualized that it was a garden apartment with direct access. Our host was gracious and very helpful. It was a pleasure to meet the entire family.

This was a lovely place to stay in many ways. It is a lovely home, in a lovely neighborhood, with a lovely family. Our space was roomy, clean, and welcoming. We had everything we needed and more. When we return to the area we would love to stay there again. Thank you Jami and family.

Perfect Location for our Colorado Adventures

Hosts could not have been more friendly, and this was the CLEANEST rental we have ever stayed in. The location was perfectly located for our Boulder, RMNP, and even Cheyenne days. With our wishlist so spread out, this central hub was perfect for us. Beds were super comfortable, and the place had evrything we needed.

Perfect for home away from home!

We loved our stay here. We needed a quiet place where we could rest and come and go as needed. The home as well as the neighborhood was quiet and clean. We had everything we needed and, when necessary, our hosts were very responsive! When we need to go back, we truly hope it is available. We would rate it higher if we could!!! Thank you!

the property was beyond expectations and I would give it the highest of ratings. the host was so gracious and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. QUALITY!

Everything about this rental is top quality! From the shower to the silverware, the beds/bedding, furniture... even the toilet paper is the best brand! I don't know if I was aware that the entrance is inside the owner's home, but it was not a problem, as they are delightful folks and they provide you with your own security code so you can come and go as you please. My knees were not fond of the stairs leading to the basement, but it was so worth it. The location is not far from any of the neighboring communities. It's not a bad drive into Denver either. This is a wonderful place to stay!
