FAMILY BEACH FRONT with amazing ocean views from large patio

Seas the Day is a cozy, beach front, comfortable home for you to relax in and enjoy some beach time! It is the perfect gathering space for family and friends with a spacious living room and kitchen area. The large upstairs and downstairs patios allow you to enjoy the ocean views and sounds right from the house. And, the beach is a one minute walk with walking beach access at the house. The kitchen is fully furnished and perfect for you to cook your favorite meals and treats.
Right next door is our 2nd house that sleeps 18—perfect for a large gathering. Reserve both houses for the perfect retreat.
Seas the Day sleeps 10 in beds. The master bedroom features a king bed and an on suite with double sink and large shower. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed. And, the third bedroom accommodates 6 with full under twin bunk beds. Both the second and third bedrooms share a second bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Downstairs features covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a built-in picnic table.
Come stroll the beach and enjoy Seas the Day.

Please stay off dunes except in the walking area. We need to protect the dunes because they protect the house during storms.
Please do not ride ATVs on grass or dunes. There is ATV/Golf Car beach access less than a quarter mile west on HWY 87.

Amazing views with privacy! Modern amenities, clean, and plenty of room. The deck was great as well as the entertaining space below. Communication with the host was prompt and great. The outdoor lighting was not working and the host got an electrician out next day and had it repaired. My husband and I loved our stay and hope to stay here again soon.

The location is phenomenal! You Walk right down to the beach in a few steps. The home is new, beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable and also you have all the needed kitchen dishes and essentials. We would most definitely return.

Loved this home, super clean & organized and quiet, we even enjoyed our pet being there as it was pet friendly, what I didn’t not like was that there was only 1 tv, so if the kids wanted to watch tv they all had to watch the same thing in the living room only. There is no other TVs in the room if we wanted to watch tv in the rooms

Best Place to Stay

We have stayed in the area several times, but this was the nicest house we have stayed at so far. Very clean, great location and just a beautiful home. The view was incredible. We watched the sun rise everyday. The beach is literally in the back yard. The family all agree, this was the best trip ever. Thank you for a great experience.

We had the BEST time!

I can’t say enough great things about this property! We had the most amazing time. Everything was very well thought out - the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, & there were plenty of towels & blankets for everyone. Even little additions like having enough hooks for wet towels were thought of. The views were spectacular & we really enjoyed our mornings on the porch. Cathy & Eric are wonderful, responsive hosts & I’d would love to stay at this property again!

Great stay in Gilchrist

The house is really nice. Only problem is we found a very strong fish smell in both fridge and freezer that prevented us to store anything. It needs to be addressed.

Best Relaxing Birthday

My family and I had an amazing stay here. Thank you for being so flexible with us as we were traveling to this location. The house is in great shape, and I loved being right next to the water. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. I can’t wait to come back and do it again!

Favorite Place

The home is clean and even better than pictures show. The kitchen is stocked with pans that are in great shape and plenty of dishes. Beds are comfortable and plenty of big full bath towels. Oh, and THE VIEW!! Was wonderful to look out windows and see the beach.

Property was very clean. We did not plan on cooking, however there were no spices, plastic wrap or any pantry items. The shower head fell off in the hall bathroom. The shower head was not a screw on, but we did manage to push it back on. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend the house.
