The house sits on a corner lot adjacent to a green space for you to also enjoy. It has both on and off street parking and both are completely free. The house was built in 1927 and has gone through extensive renovations that revealed large portions of the homes original character while providing the opportunity to update the amenities to more modern times.

Lots of cool discoveries in the renovation that include exposing hidden chimney's that were used for wood burning stove and heat sources. The discovery and refinishing of the original hardwood floors throughout the home. There was just something about the craftmanship from those times that left us completely in love with this home along with such rich history of the neighborhood and the surrounding areas.
