Rental Vacation Condo is a 2200+ sq. ft. 4 bed, 2 bath located in the center of Downtown Pismo Beach. Beach, Pier, and Restaurants are just two blocks away.

Two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both include a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen smart TV to stream with the complimentary Wi-Fi. Downstairs living room has an electric fireplace and Pool Table (cues and billiard balls provided). Upstairs living room is in a large open great room with the kitchen and dining areas and has those wonderful ocean views as well as a deck with a barbecue (propane included). Dining area with 4 chairs and a bench, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Sleeps 12 people on 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twins, and 2 queen sofa sleepers. Washer and Dryer.

Covered parking for 2 cars.

Wonderful spotless home close to everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with our extended family of 10 for a wedding and loved everything about the home. Spacious and spotless! Lower level had a living room with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and fun area with the pool table. Upstairs was another living room with a balcony, the kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Carport for 2 cars opened to the house. Nice area and we walked to town and shops and restaurants. It was perfect! We had zero complaints and it was more economical and fun than a hotel! Our friends and other family members stayed at the hotels and paid a lot more for 2 nites for their big families. This is the way to do it. The property mgmt company was great to work with and our cleaning deposit was refunded quickly.

Awesome family getaway!

The house is spacious, clean, and super close to all the cool things Pismo has to offer. I loved that we could walk to the surf in wetsuits with our boards! The only thing lacking are outdoor showers- but there are some at the pier. We had such a great time, we are already thinking of booking again next year!

Nice Beach House in Convenient Location

Having the two living spaces was nice since we had 4 teens with us. The lack of outdoor space was disappointing and there were things I have always had at other beach houses we've rented that this place lacked -- be warned there are NO beach towels, wine glasses, no garage so nowhere to store surf boards or other beach gear. It is very conveniently located/walkable to beach and the main parts of Pismo.

Great location fantastic service

We made a late decision to head down to Pismo Beach for a few days, and we loved this home. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and only two blocks to the beach. The home was better than advertised, and the property manager was easy to reach when we checked after hours. Five Stars!

Great location for a family stay

Location is 2.5 blocks to the beach. Lots of space. Great pool table that kept the teens off their devices. We will definitely be back!

Terrific trip to Pismo Beach

Great place within easy walking distance of the beach, trails and restaurants. Comes with off street parking so getting around is easy too. I recommend staying here if traveling with the right size group.

Fantastic place

Me and four old friends met for a guys weekend. The place was perfect. Great location, awesome pool table, 2 living rooms, and a nice little balcony. Highly recommended!

Pismo Beach 50th Birthday

Booked to celebrate with family & friends for husbands 50th. Great central location to all the areas & events we did for the w/e. Condo is great location to the main downtown area of Pismo..very clean & the renovations are awesome! Under condo parking was a bit tricky w/ a larger vehicle. The house is on a main road so the traffic noise took some getting used to, however Pismo Beach is busy during the summer months, no way around that!!

The location was perfect. Everyone could come and go as they please and walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The place was nice and clean, and very spacious. There was a small leak in the upstairs bathroom coming from the ceiling but there had been heavy downpour.

All was great except one thing.

My family and I really enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for the older adults to have their own level and another level for younger adults. The one thing that made me rent this particular condo was the pool table. The pool table was nice except the pool sticks had to tips. This was very disappointing. I wanted to teach my daughter to play pool, but I could not do so properly. The pool table was one of the reasons I chose this property to entertain but my family and I were unsatisfied. If a property lists a pool table as an option, it should be fully functional. If you decide to stay at this property, be prepared to bring your own pool sticks.

Great location but had some problems

The property was in an ideal location, very close to town and an easy walk to the beach. the beds were comfortable and worked well. We found most of what we needed in the kitchen, but lacked a bit on pots and pans, but really not a big deal. We did experience issues getting the heat to work the first night. During our stay the downstairs remained very warm while the upstairs bedroom were chilly. We also had an issue with an extremely loud buzzing noise all through out the first two nights, which we were never able to pinpoint, but think it may have been the motor on the water heater. The property management was responsive about the heating, but it took a couple of calls to address the noise issue. Upon leaving we were charged $50 of our deposit for a cleaning issue—we thought we had resolved it, and left the house in place before we left. My husband called to inquire about the charge and was informed we should email them. When I reached out to the property management via email about seeing if this $50 could be refunded due to the issues with noise and heating I got no response back from them. This is a good house in a good location but I am not sure I would book with them again due to the Isssues listed above.

Great location and spacious home

We enjoyed our stay at this rental home, which is located conveniently near the Pismo Beach Pier and downtown. It's very big with 4 bedrooms, and two living rooms, each of which has a sofa bed. We cooked three meals a day in the kitchen. The hot shower and heating work well for all. Beds are very comfy. The only issue is a broken window that has a damaged frame. A sign is posted under the window not to open it because it can't be closed by hand, but we didn't see it until it's too late. We are charged of fees because of opening this window that needs a contractor to close it. Hope they will repair the window frame and completely restore the window. Meanwhile, they should post the sign at the eye level for people to see it.
