Large Townhouse in Downtown Pismo, Sleeps 12!

Rental Vacation Condo is a 2200+ sq. ft. 4 bed, 2 bath located in the center of Downtown Pismo Beach. Beach, Pier, and Restaurants are just two blocks away.

Two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both include a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen smart TV to stream with the complimentary Wi-Fi. Downstairs living room has an electric fireplace and Pool Table (cues and billiard balls provided). Upstairs living room is in a large open great room with the kitchen and dining areas and has those wonderful ocean views as well as a deck with a barbecue (propane included). Dining area with 4 chairs and a bench, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Sleeps 12 people on 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twins, and 2 queen sofa sleepers. Washer and Dryer.

Covered parking for 2 cars.

This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning

Terrific trip to Pismo Beach

Great place within easy walking distance of the beach, trails and restaurants. Comes with off street parking so getting around is easy too. I recommend staying here if traveling with the right size group.

Great location fantastic service

We made a late decision to head down to Pismo Beach for a few days, and we loved this home. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and only two blocks to the beach. The home was better than advertised, and the property manager was easy to reach when we checked after hours. Five Stars!

Fantastic place

Me and four old friends met for a guys weekend. The place was perfect. Great location, awesome pool table, 2 living rooms, and a nice little balcony. Highly recommended!

Family Vacation

Walking distance to the pier and shopping area. It was all close by. The area were it is located was very nice as well. The property management was available when we needed them.

Overall great stay. They were able to accommodate our early check-in, were helpful and responded quick to questions. The location is amazing. Walking distance to beach and food. Would highly recommend!

Great Space for Groups

Our group of 9 adults was able to enjoy this space comfortably. The listing is accurate and the property managers are responsive to questions and concerns. The location is hard to beat, being just a few blocks from great Pismo Beach attractions.

The location was perfect. Everyone could come and go as they please and walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The place was nice and clean, and very spacious. There was a small leak in the upstairs bathroom coming from the ceiling but there had been heavy downpour.

Great Location

This house was perfect for what we were looking for. We had 3 couples and 2 teenage boys staying here. The amount of rooms was perfect. House was clean and close to everything we wanted. Coastal Vacations was very responsvie to any questions that I had.

Pismo Beach 50th Birthday

Booked to celebrate with family & friends for husbands 50th. Great central location to all the areas & events we did for the w/e. Condo is great location to the main downtown area of Pismo..very clean & the renovations are awesome! Under condo parking was a bit tricky w/ a larger vehicle. The house is on a main road so the traffic noise took some getting used to, however Pismo Beach is busy during the summer months, no way around that!!

Perfect for Family’s

Property management was great at keeping me informed about checking in. The house was perfect location. We walked down to the beach/pier and back several times with a 3 year old and 2 ten year olds. Nice and close. The 4 rooms accommodated 6 adults and 3 kids perfectly. We also enjoyed the two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Definitely would stay here again.

You are only two blocks from the Pier and long walks on the beach. You will find lots to do in this area for all ages. They have plenty of parking and the unit has lots of space for everyone to spread out.

Property was large and very well located to town and the beach. it is sparsely furnished but has the essentials and was very clean. There is parking for two cars which is a must on a weekend in the area. My only complaint was the two twin beds were very uncomfortable - they need to be replaced.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect size and amenities for group of 10. Used this location as a meeting place (14 people) during graduation. Very nice for this purpose. Location is great. Street parking during work hours (during the week) can be a little tough; and street can be loud, as cars accelerate up to the signal. But, all in all - great location. Property management may want to update the picture, as the lot next door now has a very large structure in place. Parking in the stalls can also be a little tricky, with anything larger than a subcompact or small SUV.
